Fast freshly squeezed juice

Juicing fresh, organic and vegetable fruits and vegetables, as well as herbs, could be compared to a nutrient-rich, concentrated blood transfusion.

In a short time, the nutrients enter the bloodstream.

It is especially beneficial for people who have a hard time eating fresh vegetables.

It is very important to juice organically grown products that are richer in nutrients and do not contain toxins, chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or other poisons.

We want to benefit from fasting, not add more toxins to our body.

You will get the most benefits from freshly squeezed juice.

There will be no loss of nutrients if you drink the juice as soon as it is squeezed. (Nutrient loss occurs when juice is stored, as well as when it is exposed to oxygen.)

Plants and vegetables are our best healing friends. Since time immemorial they have been used for health, vitality and longevity.

Never add sugar or any sweetener to fresh juice.

This would undermine the goodness of the juice.

Drink the juice slowly.

Drink at least 4 glasses of juice and 4 glasses of water during a fast day.

Raw fresh fruit juice

Freshly squeezed raw fruit is delicious and refreshing.

They can also be high in sugar. Better to abstain from those rich in sugar if you want to lose weight.

It is better to use fruits with high beta-carotene content such as: melon, mango and apricots.

The juice can be diluted: half water + half juice.

Some people find citrus juice to be too acidic.

Juice for a better bowel movement:

2 dried pitted prunes soaked in a glass of water.

You can mix the prunes and water.

Squeeze 2 apples and a pear together.

Add the juice to the prune juice, stir well and enjoy the drink.

Fresh raw vegetable juice

My Favorite Health Cocktail To Aid Body Detox:

Juice 4 carrots, 1 apple, 2 ribs of celery, ½ cup of wheatgrass or parsley together.

Carrots and apple will naturally sweeten this juice.

My favorite summer drink:

Fresh and raw herb juice

Wheatgrass is very rich in nutrients, especially chlorophyll and antioxidants.

It is a gift of nature to help detoxify the body.

If wheatgrass is not available, try parsley.

Wheatgrass juice and parsley are very healthy but not very appetizing.

It is best to mix them with fresh carrot juice or fresh apple juice.

If you’re feeling adventurous, try juicing wheatgrass, spinach, and apples.

You will need a special juicer to make herbal juice. Not all juicers can make herbal juice.

I personally use the green power juicer and find it very efficient but a bit difficult to clean. Definitely the best juicer I had for extracting herb juice.
