Pastor Carlos, Living Waters Church and House of Prayer – Ocoee, Florida
The largest divine visitation I have ever experienced in my life came to me while attending ARK in January 1990. It was a youth service at the Orlando Christian Center led by Pastor Carlos. ARK stood for radical kingdom army. Certainly radical was this group of young people, but the most radical was their fierce leader. PC, as many affectionately call him today at Living Waters Church, would stand in chairs and boldly preach to young people about the issues facing our generation.
Pastor Carlos is God’s “son of thunder” as Pastor Benny Hinn prophesied. It is a “citadel” as the late Lester Sumrall put it. He is a fiery prophet full of inspiration. Most importantly, however, he is a loving husband and father of five wonderful children (two of whom are adults and now serve the Lord wholeheartedly).
PC is my pastor and my greatest encouragement. He has always gone the extra mile to be there for me and my family. He and the church sent flowers when my grandfather died. He made himself available to provide advice when I fought through a bitter divorce. He continued to be nice after the divorce. Today it is motivating me towards God and to fulfill the supreme call of God in Christ Jesus.
Pastor Carlos experienced a powerful visit from God in 2005 that revolutionized the direction of his ministry and aligned him with Pastor Mike Bickel and the International House of Prayer. Fully committed to worship, praise, prayer, intercession, and the prophetic pastor Carlos is building a new generation to prepare and hasten the Lord’s coming to earth.
Carlos is truly a forerunner in tune with the heart of God and in contact with the suffering of the peoples of the world. Loving God and serving people, PC is manifesting the heart of God the Father in Central Florida through Living Waters Church and its Foreunner Bible Training Institute. I believe that your ministry through your spiritual sons and daughters will touch the sky and change the earth.
I do not know a man more pure and agreeable to the heart of God than Pastor Carlos. I pray that when I grow up I can be like him.
