3 sensual sexual positions to help your woman achieve a wild orgasm

She wants to have a wild orgasm. Don’t you want to be the one to give her what she desperately craves? We’re not talking about the fictional climax of adult movies. We’re talking about learning how to give women wild, screaming orgasms that you tell your friends about.

Some sexual positions are better than others. But for whatever reason, only 68% of women have a wild orgasm during sex. Some women only reach the clitoris through proper clitoral stimulation, while others get their world rocked through vaginal intercourse alone.

Become his best lover trying these 3 sexual positions.

  1. The Pancake – Funny name, totally understandable. Women who have increased vaginal sensitivity will absolutely fall in love with this position. Ask him to lie down on the bed. Lie on top of her and enter her lying on her back. The goal of this position is to stimulate the G-spot. It’s not doggy style, keep in mind. Both lie flat on the bed or the floor. Once she feels what it’s like to stimulate her magic zone, it may be difficult for her to try any other position.
  2. Reverse Cowboy – This is very pleasurable for both you and her. You want her to get on top of you like always. But ask her to turn over and lay her on her chest. Why is this important? She gives you easy access to her clit. This position allows her to control the speed of movement and gives you a chance to manipulate the clitoris. This is a great way to give women wild, screaming orgasms.
  3. The Wheelbarrow – Are you fit? Hopefully you are because this is going to be a little more work, but it’s worth it. Stand next to the bed and grab her legs, with you between them. She is on her back. Just pull it towards you and then let it back up a bit and do it again. This is great for getting deeper penetration, especially if you’re not as well hung.

Remember this simple point guys, the more comfortable you are with each other, the easier it is to try different things. Good sex develops from proper communication, both want to enjoy sex and have fun in the sack. It’s not supposed to be a job, but an amazing way to show how much you care about each other.

Fighting childhood obesity in America with a hula hoop

Remember how much fun it was to play hula hoops when you were a kid. It didn’t matter if you were a boy or a girl, it was fun. I bet you never thought about how beneficial it was for your health at the time while you were doing it. You were just playing. Try doing it now and see how well you do or how long it lasts. This was the challenge that one of my daughters gave me a while ago. I had no idea what was in store for me. Even as a healthy adult I reeked of it… And it used to be good. I can bench 320lbs but can’t hula hoop more than 2-3 rotations. My tale was shouted. It’s because I kept trying over and over and over again. And then it hit me, a hula hoop provides an explosive core workout.

My challenge to all of you is to have your kids put down the remote or game controller for 30 minutes every day and offer them challenges with a hula hoop. Make it fun and exciting. Children love challenges and so do you. Jumping hoops regularly is a great way to narrow your waist lines and strengthen your core muscles that all body movement is focused on. The most dangerous fat in the body is the fat around the waist called visceral fat which is linked to heart health. It is also the most difficult fat to remove as you age.

Hula hooping incorporates a lot of muscles, over 30, and burns massive amounts of calories the longer you do it. The more muscles worked and the longer the duration, the more calories burned. One of the most important muscles you will use is your heart. Within seconds of starting your heart rate increases and that is what burns the calories. Not to mention, it helps with stamina and muscle tone. And it’s all in the name of fun. Children have no idea that they are exercising. It’s almost like cheating.

The hoop not only helps the heart, but also the entire cardiovascular system, spine, hand-eye coordination, joints, and much more. It even helps to strengthen the facial muscles due to the huge smiles that stay on the face for extended periods of time.

Try this for fun. Basic hopping, takes a bit of practice to get but kids seem to get the hang of it very easily. Once they get used to it, make it a challenge. We like to do a time trial between the two older girls. If there is only one boy, then that is the perfect opportunity for you to be the opponent. Just keep time from when they start to when the hoop hits the ground and record that time. Then the next opponent goes. The person with the longest time wins!! You can even incorporate prizes for them to win to up the ante. Whether it’s a HEALTHY snack, extended TV time, or whatever comes to mind. Just be creative and make it fun for them and for you.

You can also have them try some tricks like walking while jumping. It sounds easy, but it is very difficult and will provide hours of laughs watching them do it. Funny!! You can even try to get him to move the hoop up and down his body. Crazy skills are required. Ask them to start with their droppings, and then move the hoop as high as they can, preferably up to their neck, with no hands. Us parents get a great ab workout just laughing so hard watching. Which, as a side note, is great for our hearts, laughing.

You can even have them spin a hoop on one arm while still spinning one in their waste. Or maybe one on each arm. Or ask them to stand on one leg and jump. The possibilities are truly limitless. Just don’t make it impossible. You will surely have a lot of fun and the children will get an excellent exercise… And maybe you will go to bed a few minutes earlier.

book review of "Everything you wanted to know about the Indians but were afraid to ask"

The author, Anton Treuer, shared how this book came to be. When he was younger, he heard about a lady who ran a sweat lodge and went to see her. When he arrived, there were a lot of naked people. A naked old woman hugged him and said that she was sorry for how her people had treated her people in the story. He didn’t have the heart to laugh or reject her. He politely asked her to put on some of her clothes and sat down with her to answer all of her questions. This began his journey to help non-natives understand natives.

The first part of the book covers the harrowing history that the natives endured from Columbus to the boarding schools of the 1900s. These are the stories that are not always told in educational history books.

The central part of the books answers common questions about culture and government practices. She has nine children. Only three of them are registered. Her family went to a Christmas party where “Santa” was giving out gifts and was told that only the three registered children qualified for a gift. “Santa” should not be used that way.

The end of the book includes personal experiences that he has had in his life. In first grade, Anton had long hair. His teacher took him to the front of the class and dressed him as a girl, with makeup and barrettes while she and everyone laughed. It was humiliating for him. I guess she didn’t ask him first if she wanted to do it. Teachers need to understand that they can help or hurt a child’s self-esteem with their words and actions.

I have a grandson who is mixed race. I hope that when he grows up he will not suffer any abuse. I don’t live near her, so I won’t be able to protect her from nasty words. I hope that she is raised to love all people and appreciate the kindness in people.

I look forward to seeing education begin to include the positive contributions that have been made by people of all races and the progress that has been made in the last 50 years. Our country got off to a flawed start, but we can change the future into a story we want our children to hear. Honest conversations and understanding are a good start.

The author also has an edition for young readers that I want to read too. It wasn’t in my library but I plan to find it.

Why you should mountain bike the trails of the Alps this summer

For better or worse, the vacation landscape in the Western world has changed considerably in the last thirty years. As the worldwide attempt to get the masses interested in fitness and fitness finally came to fruition, more and more people began to swap their usual laid-back beach vacation for something a little more active, finding that this type of vacation has its own merits. good.

One of the great beneficiaries of this discovery process are the French Alps. Mountain biking along the trails of the Alps has become one of the most popular spring and summer alternatives to an active holiday, and the slopes that used to be relatively deserted outside of the winter months now appeal to an entirely new demographic. new. Tourists willing to give this type of vacation a try have discovered the pleasure of combining pedaling with tourism, and little by little word of mouth has spread. And with good reason; As we will demonstrate below, the Alpine mountain bike routes are one of the best ‘alternative’ holiday options for the warmer months.

The best of both worlds…

As noted above, this beautiful region allows cyclists to enjoy the best of both worlds when it comes to their vacation. On the one hand, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the kind of idyllic scenery popularized by the film The Sound Of Music, as well as to take a tour of the many quaint mountain villages dotted around the region and discover a part of the ‘real’ central Europe. ‘. On the other hand, by participating in this energetic activity, holidaymakers who choose to spend their holidays mountain biking along the trails of the Alps will also be doing themselves and their physical condition a great favor. This perfect combination of two very relevant factors is a large part of the continuous growth in the popularity of the activity.

…And Affordable, Too

As much as we get excited about the benefits of using your spare time to mountain bike, the routes of the Alps attract many people for more than just stunning scenery: the price. The truth is that as well as being versatile, well-balanced and physically beneficial, alpine bike breaks can also be considerably cheaper than a beach holiday. Most resorts lower their prices and offer very attractive offers during the summer, and often the price of a complete package in Morzine or Les Gets can be less than the cost of a few days in a hotel in Marbella.

These are just some of the reasons that make a cycling holiday in the Alps such an attractive proposition for families. There are many more.

Gift Exchange Ideas for Teens

What do you give the teenager who has everything? What about the teenager you don’t know very well? Gift exchanges are becoming more popular than ever at teen Christmas parties. Often these gifts need to be within a certain price range (usually quite cheap), but you also want them to be something others will enjoy. Here are some gift ideas that should appeal to any teen.

Great Gifts for Teen Girls: It’s usually very easy to find inexpensive gifts that appeal to teen girls. Think cosmetics. There are some that sell for $10 or less at Walmart, like Sega Superstar Tennis. Or how about a new pair of headphones? These things are cheap, but popular, and are always lost or broken. Most teens could always use an extra pair or two. The holidays are a great time to give gifts, but these gift ideas will work well for any time of the year and for any occasion. So grab this list, grab your cash or debit card, and start shopping!

Michael Cole – Mod Squad’s Pete Cochran

This interview was done in the early 1990s. It was my wildest dream, a dream answered, even as a professional reporter.

Dark curly hair. Melancholic eyes. Deep voice.

Women over thirty will probably remember the introspective Pete Cochran from ABC’s hit series MOD SQUAD of the early ’70s. Michael Cole, the actor who played Pete, is very different spiritually today than he was then.

However, when it comes to appearance, one significant point is just as obvious. Between MOD SQUADFor five years, Michael was in a serious car accident. His eyelid was almost separated from his face; surgery saved him but he was left with an obvious scar. Girls all over the United States sighed with relief and dreamed again of his weathered face.

Today, the face is even more tanned; the medium build, hovering between middle-aged and toned; dark hair – streaked with gray – still curly. Her voice doesn’t change. He wears glasses.

Those teenagers who once dreamed and pined for him are now adults with lives no longer centered around the Michael Cole fantasy, and he’s been aware of that for a long time.

“I got in trouble [afterward]”, he admitted. “It was unreal to have nothing, then say: ‘I want that house’ and be able to buy it.” words open in deeper scars, invisible to the eye but obvious to the ear. I do not blame anyone else.

“I started at acting school working on plays. The stage was my bedroom.” He laughed and his eyes lit up as he gave a long dissertation on how he literally lived on stage for many years. “Then I went to Las Vegas. I put Paula there.” Paula Kelly was once a member of The Modernaires, a talented singer, and the woman who became Mrs. Michael Cole.

“She was beautiful. I was shy.” Her smile was crooked; Her narrowing of her eyes deepened. He looked like a big boy. The mention of Paula, the woman he married, the mother of his beloved daughter, softened his voice and lit up his face.

His ideas moved so fast. Next, she was discussing his stardom. “MOD SQUAD he was a pioneer. He always had bags of mail in the hallway in front of Aaron Spelling’s office. He leaned across the table to look at his hands. His index finger and thumb formed a triangle, the rest spread evenly, a thoughtful gesture. — He changed lives. I remember a letter from a drugged girl, she was a prostitute. Because of our program, she became a social worker.” Many years later, the thought still excited him.

A faceless boy helped to a better life by Michael Cole, at the time a young man who had everything. However, he was willing to destroy himself. What followed were years of anger, confusion, and much drinking and mindless indulgence. How come he now owns a spacious house on top of a hill? Does he speak often and freely about spirituality and the meaning of Christ in his life?

The accident. She found God in the middle of his car accident. “He was in a slippery spot on the Laurel Canyon Freeway; [he and Paula] hit the mountain I went through the windshield twice.” That reminded her of the moments immediately afterward, running toward the hospital. “People were running in and out of my room.”

He looked at his fingers, once more open. “After everyone left one night, I looked in the mirror and knew it might be over.” She looked up with a slow smile. “So I did this,” she showed herself as she covered her eye with one hand. “I thought maybe it would make an interesting image.” He probably wasn’t that philosophical about losing an eye and his career. After the eye was saved, after MOD SQUAD, flooded in, guesting on TV episodes and doing plays across the country. He related an experience.

“We were in a small town at one point. The weather was bad, we didn’t know if we would have an audience. But there were three old ladies there, one celebrating her 80th birthday.” She ran her index finger down the side of her nose, then adjusted her glasses. “At intermission, I had a stagehand bring over a dozen red roses. After the play, we had a party.” She stopped talking and took a deep breath. Her next words were thick. “We both cried. It’s still a special memory.”

How could a man crying at a stranger’s party become belligerent and belligerent? “I was scared. I remember waking up in the middle of the night. Something really grabbed me. Paula hugged me and left.” Despite the love, Paula couldn’t handle so much in the midst of such powerful emotions, and she finally left him.

“She didn’t do anything wrong,” he hastened to assure, “it was me. She just couldn’t take it anymore.”

Then came a long period where he did nothing. “Absolutely nothing. People started dying around me… my manager, my mother. Other people were worried, they told me to go back to work, but it was not the time. I knew when the time would be.”

Michael avidly reads, quoting Dylan Thomas, the Bible, and other writings that have affected him. He dropped out of school in tenth grade, eventually came back but never finished college; however, he can speak with the insight of a scholar. For someone who did nothing for so long, his thoughts and words speak of a healthy spiritual life.

Many years have passed since each of the aforementioned milestones in the life of Michael Cole occurred. Despite all that he has tried to bring him down and drive him to despair, today he has peace of mind, a spiritual understanding of life, and his friendship with his ex-wife.

He showed me a sketch he had made on his wall, a cross with a humanist floral object on it as if Christ had been hung on the cross. Alongside his sketch, he wrote: “This time, father, they know what they’re doing.”

“Yes,” he smiled as our interview came to a close, “all in God’s time, not ours. God gave me a gift, I wasted it for a while, but not anymore. I’m ready to start using it again.” . “

AUTHOR’S NOTE: This was one of my favorite interviews. Michael picked me up at a 7-Eleven at the bottom of the long, winding road that led to his big, beautiful house in the California hills. He ushered me into his very expensive, dark green car, and when I closed the door, he ran away from me and slammed it shut.

“Hey!” she exclaimed as she came up next to her. “Do not do that!”

I apologized, explaining that it had not been done on purpose. It was evident that he was very careful with his vehicle.

We arrived at his house and he led me inside the house, where we sat together at his dining room table. She got me a diet soda and then we talked. And she spoke. And she spoke. It was as if a dam had burst.

Remember, this was a dream come true for me. Michael Cole had been the perfect boy from my childhood, and here I was as an adult, at his dining room table, in his house, chatting with him as if we were longtime friends. Amazing!

When we finally finished talking, he allowed me to take a picture of him in front of his drawing on the wall.

But the most amazing part, really, beyond everything else… interview done, photos done: Michael Cole, the Michael Cole, he wanted to make me dinner. Yes, he wanted me to have dinner with him, and he was going to be the chef. Spaghetti, actually. I thanked him for the offer, and for reasons I’ll never understand… I said, “No thanks.”

You can imagine?!

Bonding with your Rhodesian Ridgeback

The Rhodesian Ridgeback, or African lion dog, although bred to hunt lions and known for its bravery, also has its sensitive side and needs to be handled with care. Rough handling and harsh training techniques will not work with this breed.

Rhodesian Ridgebacks, or any breed, respond well to rewards. If you take your Rhodesian Ridgeback to a pet supply store like Petco or Petsmart, which allow dogs to shop there, you can test what kinds of treats he’ll like. Hold a packet of treats to your dog’s mouth and when he wags his tail, you know he has a treat that will work.

The best time of day to train your Rhodesian Ridgeback is before his usual dinner time. Wear a small treat bag around your waist.

Gently push down on your dog’s hindquarters while saying, “Sit.” When he gets to the sitting position, give him a treat. Repeat this until your dog learns to associate the command with the action. Then give the command and wait for the action before giving the reward. If your Rhodesian Ridgeback sees the treat and jumps, he won’t give it to you. He or she must be seated at the time the prize is given. If your dog runs to the door and scares guests when the doorbell rings, the “sit” command will stop him from running to the door. It’s also good at the vet’s office or anywhere you want your Rhodesian Ridgeback to stay calm and not get involved with other pets or people.

Walking on a leash is another good skill to teach your Rhodesian Ridgeback. Wear a comfortable cloth collar. You should be able to insert two fingers between the collar and your dog’s neck to ensure it is not too tight. The leash must be 6 feet long. Say “Let’s go” and walk forward, holding the end of the leash. If your dog tries to pull the wrong way or pull on the leash, stop and go the other way, so he learns that the walk will only start with appropriate behavior.

The “leave it” command is good for any dog to learn, but particularly a large one. Hold a treat in front of you while saying “Leave it.” Remove the treat and substitute another treat with the other hand. After this is repeated a few times, your Rhodesian Ridgeback will learn that good things come from obeying this command.

Besides dog training, another way to bond with your Rhodesian Ridgeback is through play. Just as humans bond by having fun together, dogs like to play. Get a ball that is small enough for your dog to pick up easily, but too big to swallow. Show the ball to your dog and act enthusiastically. Toss the ball and say “Fetch” or “Ball.” This will excite your Rhodesian Ridgeback’s natural desire to chase things. He or she will want to get it back as part of a fun game. Running together is also a great way to bond. If you’re running on city streets, run at a time of day when the streets aren’t too hot for your dog’s feet. Be sure to wear a leash even in the field, so your Rhodesian ridgeback doesn’t take off after rabbits and squirrels.

Many people enjoy talking to their dogs as a way to bond, and this can also cause unconscious training to occur. Dogs can learn to understand many words if they hear them consistently in given situations. If, for example, you always say “Let’s go in” when you enter the house, the dog will learn to move closer to the door when it hears that phrase. Of course, this is not always a good thing. If your dog learns to associate the word “vet” with punctures, he may need to avoid saying it. Have fun bonding with your Rhodesian Ridgeback.

How to survive family gatherings during the holidays

Vacation! This is the time of the year when people go to visit their families to supposedly have a good time and a good meal together.

Well, these are gatherings where we revive family ties and catch up on everyone’s news. However, more often than not, what we see is a gathering of a group of people who really have nothing in common. Here sit a group of strangers called relatives: uncles, cousins, in-laws, family friends, nephews, etc. all dressed in nothing but a family dinner to go.

After greeting everyone, you decide to take a look at what the others are doing. Unfortunately you will realize that some will drink too much; others will eat too much; others do not turn off the television; others will only serve others, and others will never stop cleaning. You want to make small talk, but after a few futile tries, you get bored.

To make matters worse, some will do nothing but criticize others, while others, especially the ones doing all the cleaning, will make everyone else feel guilty. And to complete the ordeal, there are also those who, no matter what, will bring politics and religion to the table, just to heat up the conversation.

Rather than a fun day, it’s likely to be quite stressful, compared only to the tension of “The Pianist.” After a very short time, you will realize that, again, you wish days like this never existed.

An even worse scenario would be if the visit is with your spouse’s family instead of your own. Then the nightmare would be complete. Oh yeah! You think for a moment that your family isn’t understood as a bunch of weirdos like his family is.

dream on! Your life partner will feel the opposite!

So how do we deal with such a situation?

The best approach is to know in advance who will be present at this meeting.

Call ahead, at least three days before hand. Now that you know that Aunt Myrtle and Uncle Wilbur will be there with their two children and their families, and that your sister-in-law is bringing this guy who really thinks he’s a good politician but can’t get a word out. Using common sense, as well as Rupert, his father-in-law’s college roommate who just got divorced after 30 years of marriage and can never stop saying his wife got the house he bought her in the first place, you can start praying for them.

Ok, maybe “pray” is a strong word. Bless them. That’s what you have to do: one by one, you have to hurt them. Better yet: make a list of the attendees of the event. Ok, let’s make a list:

1. Get your phone and call at least three days before the meeting to find out who will be attending the event.

2. On a piece of paper, write everyone’s names.

3. Write each name on a different line.

4. Thank the host/hostess for the names and hang up the phone.

5. On another sheet, write the names of the dinner attendees again.

6. Leave five blank lines between the names.

7. For each of the attendees, write down five good qualities that each person has.

8. If you can’t find something good about a particular person, skip it and go to the next one.

9. When you’re done, go back to fill in the blanks for the people you left behind.

10. No, you can’t help but look for five qualities in each person who will be at the meeting.

11. Put down the pen or stop writing if you are using a word processor. I recommend that you do it by hand: it is more powerful.

12. After you have finished with everyone, call out each name and bless this person.

For example, Aunt Myrtle:

(1) makes delicious brownies,

(2) sings beautifully,

(3) knows how to shop for bargains,

(4) dresses extravagantly, if you like how she dresses; otherwise, find something else–

(5) remember everyone’s birthday.

Bless you, Aunt Myrtle; Hope to see you at dinner (you can add the word God if you want, as in: God bless you Aunt Myrtle, I’m looking forward to it, etc., etc.)

You have the photo? What if you just hate a person with such a passion that you can’t think of a good quality, even if your life depended on it? Look deeper. I swear that it is possible to find those five good qualities, even if they are bad. At least they are qualities!

Now get ready for a miracle. When you arrive at the meeting, you will see that those who bother you will leave you alone; those who criticize you will be nice, or at least mute; those who love you will go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and so on.

It is about your energy regarding these people. I guarantee that he will be so pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable the meeting was that he wishes he had known about this process a long time ago.

By the way, after the holidays are over, you can still use this process for any occasion, really. You just need to start making your list every time you need to meet someone else.

Killing the used game market is bad for the gaming industry

Video game publishers have started a war against the used game resale market. This assault on used games is bad for the industry. In the past, gamers could buy a game, play it, and then sell it to another player or to one of many computer stores. Now, with a push toward downloadable services and multiplayer games, companies are trying to keep their products off the resale market.

Downloadable games are a great convenience, but that convenience comes at a price. Most downloadable games come with particularly bad digital rights management (DRM) protection. Game publishers claim that these protections are necessary to prevent piracy, but there is absolutely no evidence that DRM or any form of copy protection prevents piracy. Hackers see copy protection as a bit of a challenge. What DRM manages to do is prevent honest gamers from doing with their games what they have a right to do: expressly sell or give away the game when they’re done. Draconian DRM limiting the number of installs and other similar schemes interfere with the owner’s right to resell his property.

What publishers don’t seem to recognize is that a game’s resale value is factored into the consumer decision-making process. The decision to shell out $60 for a game is made easier if I know I can recoup some of my investment by selling it to a game store or another player. If you make it impossible to resell the game, the value goes down. Game publishers are fooling themselves if they think they can take away the resell right of a game and still sell as many copies as possible. In their mind, the aftermarket is cutting into the money they could make, but this is wrong thinking. They believe that a player will spend money on new games that he currently spends on used games. This attitude demonstrates tremendous shortsightedness on the part of game companies. If I buy a new title for $60 and can sell it back for $30, I’m much more likely to go out and buy another one. If I can’t sell my property, I have to go out and spend another $60 and I’ll probably have to think hard about spending another $60 on a game I can’t sell. In economic terms, games are an extremely elastic good. We don’t NEED video games. The higher the perceived cost, the fewer games we buy. Eliminating the secondary game market will increase the cost of games and we will simply buy fewer games. This is not good for the industry or for the consumer.
