An Amazing Six Pack Abs Diet

See, if we want to get ripped abs, then we have to eat the right foods. I am going to share with you which foods are good for us and which foods are bad and why we should stick to our ripped abs diet.

First let me explain how the body works with regards to body fat.

The #1 mistake people make is counting calories, your body needs calories to function and when it is starved for calories, it stores the calories it receives as fat. So don’t deprive your body of calories.

Good, now I have one of my breasts. Here are the best foods to eat on your ripped abs diet:

#1- Try to eat many small meals throughout the day instead of 2-3 large meals, this way your body will get enough regular fuel to keep functioning properly and won’t leave you feeling bloated and your stomach won’t bloat. stretched out, so over time your stomach and fat will start to shrink and you will soon see the perfect abs.

#2- Try to include as much protein as you can in your meals, your body needs protein to help you build muscle, ie fish, milk, cheese, roast beef, roast chicken, they are all high in protein. As a practice, As a rough guide, protein should make up around 25 percent of the food on your plate, but can vary based on individual requirements.

#3- Eat as many natural foods as possible, ie nuts, fruits, beans, vegetables, etc. These are nutrient-dense foods and include many nutrients, fiber, potassium, iron, vitamin A, vitamin C.

#4- Try to eat grains, these are a great source of energy and if you can try to eat whole grains that are made from whole wheat flour instead of white flour.

#5- Watch what you drink, if you are drinking anything other than water, tea or coffee, you are venturing into the high calorie zone. Even fruit juices are just as full of sugar and calories as any soft drink.

Here is an example of a good daily diet plan:

1. BREAKFAST: (within about an hour of waking up)

3 weetabix – with half a pint of unsweetened semi-skimmed milk sprinkled over cereal

1 glass of fresh orange juice

Tea or Coffee – no sugar and skimmed milk only

SANDWICH:

Tuna Salad Sandwich (half can tuna in water) on whole wheat bread – 2 slices and no butter or margarine and just a level teaspoon of half-fat mayonnaise.

1 banana

LUNCH:

Rice and peas (boiled rice)

Tea or Coffee (without sugar and skimmed milk)

Try to use flavored rice so it’s not so bland.

SANDWICH:

Vegetable puree (homemade, includes preferred vegetables)

Soda/diet soda or cordial (no added sugar brand)

SUPER:

150 grams of grilled chicken breast

1 large baked potato

large serving of mixed vegetables

SANDWICH:

Whole fruit (apple, orange or pear)

fat free yogurt

TOTAL CALORIES PER DAY = 1825 approx.

TOTAL FAT PER DAY = 22 grams approx.

Now remember that this is a great diet for ripped abs, but to achieve them you’ll also need to be willing to do some exercise.

If you follow these guidelines and stick to the six pack diet, I know you can achieve them.

Good luck.

John Maynard Keynes

John Maynard Keynes (born June 5, 1883 in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England – died April 21, 1946 in Firle, Sussex), English economist, journalist and financier, best known for his economic theories (Keynesian economics) on the sources of too much unemployment. His most significant work, The General Theory of Employment, Money, and Interest (1935-36), advocated a treatment for economic recession based on a government-sponsored total employment policy.

While the tone of Keynes’s key writings in the 1920s was sometimes suspect, it did not immediately challenge the traditional wisdom of the period that favored laissez-faire, only somewhat tempered by public policy, when the best of all arrangements potential social Two of Keynes’s views foreshadowed the theoretical revolution that began in the 1930s. In 1925, he opposed Britain’s return to the gold standard on the dollar-pound ratio before the war, and well before the war. Great Depression, Keynes expressed concern about the chronic unemployment of British coal miners, shipyard employees, and textile workers. Reconciled at this particular moment with Lloyd George (who would never take office again), he supported the Liberal Party’s public works call to get the unemployed off welfare into worthwhile jobs. But “respectable” economists still hoped that instant free-market changes would fix these problems, and Treasury was convinced that public works had been ineffective because any increase in the federal government deficit would likely cause an identical decrease in private investment. . Although Keynes was unable to provide a theoretical rebuttal to the views of his colleagues, he nonetheless agitated in favor of public works.

It was only later, in the General Theory of Employment, Money, and Interest, that Keynes offered an economic basis for government employment schemes as a solution to high unemployment. The General Theory, as it has come to be called, is actually one of the most important economics courses in history, yet its lack of clarity has economists debating “what Keynes was really saying.” He seemed to recommend that a decrease in wage rates would not decrease unemployment; rather, the key to reducing unemployment was to increase government spending and run a budget deficit. Governments, many of them looking for excuses to increase spending, wholeheartedly accepted Keynes’ views. Most of his pro-colleagues also recognized his views. Interestingly, Keynes thought that the kinds of policies he advocated would work best in a totalitarian society.

The long-term effect of Keynes has not been as substantial as his short-term impact. The Keynesian element was a fundamental part of economics textbooks from the late 1940s to the late 1980s. But as economists have become increasingly concerned with economic growth and much more informed about unemployment and inflation, the Keynesian model has lost ground.

The General Theory was Keynes’s last great written work. In 1937 he suffered a severe heart attack. Two years later, though not fully recovered, he returned to training at Cambridge, wrote 3 influential articles on war financing entitled How War Can be Financed and served once more in the Treasury as a multi-tasker. In addition, he had prominent work at the Bretton Woods Conference in 1944. But the institutions that resulted from that convention, the International Monetary Fund and also the World Bank, were much more symbolic of the theories of the United States Treasury than of the of Keynes. thought.

His last notable public service was the negotiation in the early winter and fall of 1945 of a multi-million dollar loan from the United States to Great Britain. Keynes died the following year.

Pregnancy and stretch marks

While stretch marks affect almost all women during pregnancy, they are also common among many men and non-pregnant women, including athletes, bodybuilders, teenagers, and people who experience rapid growth or gain weight at a faster rate. In summary, stretch marks (also known as stretch marks) are most common in those parts of the body that tend to store more fat or need to expand more as a result of physical activity or changes within the body.

In the case of a pregnant woman, stretch marks begin to appear on her abdomen at approximately 6 months of pregnancy as a result of the development of her baby. Some women also experience scarring and stretch marks on other parts of the body, including the hips, arms, thighs, and breasts.

Are you wondering if it is possible to prevent these types of skin scars? Remember, genetics play a huge role in deciding whether or not you will develop it during pregnancy. This means that if your mother got stretch marks during pregnancy, chances are you will too. In addition, there are many other factors that determine your chances of getting stretch marks. For example, fair-skinned women are more likely to develop it compared to darker-skinned women. Not only this, people with less nourished skin or dry skin tend to develop more stretch marks compared to people with well-nourished skin. It is also seen that the amount of weight gained during pregnancy also influences your chances of developing it.

Don’t be discouraged if you are prone to developing stretch marks. You can still control your appearance by taking some very simple and effective measures to protect your body and skin.

If you want to minimize your chances of developing stretch marks, you need to hydrate your body regularly. There are several stretch mark creams that prevent scarring, and if you apply them regularly to your body, the results are guaranteed. These preventative creams are clinically proven to control and reduce the damage caused by stretch marks. These preventive creams and lotions provide you with the necessary skin nutrition and do not leave your skin drying out. As a result, you feel less itchy and dry, and you develop fewer stretch marks as your pregnancy progresses.

If you are looking for an effective stretch mark cream, choose one that contains natural ingredients, such as cocoa butter, almond oil, shea butter, and wheat germ oil. If you keep your body properly hydrated during pregnancy, it helps improve skin elasticity. In addition to using an effective prevention cream, you should ensure that you have a nutritious diet, including plenty of green leafy vegetables. In addition to providing you with essential vitamins and minerals, they contribute to the strength and health of your skin. Try to include foods rich in vitamins C and E, zinc and silica, as they allow your skin to stretch better and recover instantly after childbirth.

In the end, drink plenty of water and take essential vitamins to ensure beautiful skin and a healthy baby.

Did "Marketing" Kill your fire for your business? (also known as death by marketing)

Have you had this experience… did you start doing something in your business with passion, with fire? You tried to do it justice by learning all the business and marketing stuff about how to make it work, make it better, reach more people, make a living…etc. (Whatever the sales page of the training program tried to convince you…) A few months later, you find yourself in a rut, chasing your tail in the hamster wheel, but you don’t know why the hell you are anymore. doing.

Most of us are dedicated to what we do because of our passion for the “art”, regardless of the results it delivers, who it serves and how it does it. We start a business so that we can do what we do best and do it in the way we see fit without others telling us what to do and how to do it.

We don’t start our businesses (along with stress, “uncertainty” and giving up health insurance) just so we can market our businesses.

We start our businesses because we are passionate about what we do (eg, a specific training process, subject matter of expertise, the tools and knowledge… the “geeky” stuff). We start our businesses because we want to express ourselves and share our gifts through something over which we can (theoretically, at least!) have complete control so that we don’t have to compromise our message, our integrity, our truth.

We want to make our lives something we stand for… We want our lives to be more than ticking the clock.

However, after a while, probably after some training and programs, taken with the intention of promoting our business so that we can spread our message and help more people, we slowly but surely realize how our expression, interaction and decisions have become more and more. driven by what we were “told” to be “marketing best practices” than by our individual vision and experience (as in our super power, secret sauce, and unique process that actually help our clients achieve results).

We force ourselves to go through some canned processes that require us to cut off our limbs so we can fit into a “tried and true” box. We suffocate with “models”, and if we do not get the “advertised results”, we conclude that there is something wrong with us, or that we are simply not good enough. (So we buy more of these workouts, further stifling our originality, luring ourselves into the comparison trap, and somehow making us feel even more inadequate!)

We were told, workout after workout and program after program, to SHUT UP the WHOLE process and only talk about the “results”, the “benefits”. We were told that nobody cares about our “process”, our “tools”, essentially, our passion for our “crafts”, our superpower, our secret sauce. In fact, this is said over and over so often that it is accepted as “true.” Hey, when was the last time you questioned and challenged yourself?

Have we ever thought that being told over and over again to shut up about our process, tools, and “how we create results” because “people will just gawk” is sending a message to our subconscious that our passion for our “art” is not important? That nobody cares? That we should leave it at the door so we can create canned marketing messages that “people get” – because you’re aiming for the lowest common denominator?

How is this different from being told to leave your dream at the office door and settle in the cubicle? (At least you get health insurance, appear to be “gainly employed,” and don’t have to fumble explaining what you’re doing at the cocktail party!)

What if we can MAKE OUR PROCESS OUR MESSAGE?

Please me, just ask… What if?

What if we can take an interest in what we do, how we do it, AND make it attractive to our ideal clients? What if we can have our cake and eat it too?

Here’s what I know: It’s much easier to find your passion and then wrap it up in marketing content, than it is to find something hopefully marketable and then become passionate about it. You are not a used car salesman. Choosing a “niche” because others tell you it will work, it won’t work in the long run.

What if you can lead with your “art,” then package and position your passions and superpowers in their full glory into profitable, marketable offerings without leaving any part of YOU behind?

What if you don’t have to cut off an arm and a leg to get into the “marketing box”?

Imagine his passion for his “art” – the process, the tools, the knowledge – is a beach ball. By nature, a fully inflated and happily filled beach ball floats. Many marketing trainings tell you to push the beach ball down and keep it under water because “most things sink”! Hmm, let’s make the beach ball “sink” so it can “snap”. If it’s happily inflated, you’ll have to keep pushing it and keep pushing it to get it to stay down. The moment you stop struggling, it appears and you feel like you have failed the task. Eventually, you get tired of pushing it down 24/7, so you DEFLATE the beach ball by letting go of your passion. The sadly deflated beach ball sinks and fits.

Have you lost fire by denying certain aspects of your passion? To get out of the rut, he looks for more programs and training, getting sucked into quick fixes with big promises. You keep hitting your head and think that somehow you can find that spark outside of you. Someone’s going to give it to you on a silver platter for $297.

Yet those workouts keep telling you to shut up about your passion for your “art”… and slowly but surely, you drink the kool-aid and instead of questioning what’s going on and what’s true for you, follow the directions, do homework, and soften your voice.

I know of an amazing spiritual mentor who was once told by a “marketing guru” to “put down her anger and rage” because she “wouldn’t sell.” She struggled for a long time with some watered down messages. Fortunately, she found another mentor who encouraged her to put it all out there. She launched a show called “Rage To Riches” (yes, she’s SELLING the raging, angry part of her) and now makes five figures a month.

Instead of stifling our unique combination of process, tools, knowledge and experience, what if we could MAKE OUR PROCESS OUR MESSAGE and use “marketing” to make it work for our business?

Yes, we may still be “opening the door” with some “results and benefits”, but what about the next layer? Are people really going to pay you a lot of money if you sound like your competition? What makes you special? What makes your potential customers choose you over someone who makes the same promise to “lose 10 pounds and feel energized”?

They all have a variation of the same “elevator pitch”: the same “talk about the benefits, the frustration, and don’t forget the fears!” What makes you different is not replacing some words and ending the day.

What sets you apart is your process, what you actually do to create results for your clients, YOUR way. Their unique process is not an “x month schedule” handed to you by your coaching school or other training programs.

You can’t buy some schematics and brochures off the shelf and jump into the box because you think you’re not good enough or don’t know enough to create your own process. (Those materials have a place to help you get up and running faster and easier, but the foundation of your business should not be built on the mindless regurgitation of these materials.)

Your process is a gem that is a crystallization of all your passions, knowledge, tools, life experience, courage, gifts, and superpowers. It’s YOU as the whole package.

I’ve read enough sales pages to tell you I don’t give a damn about “benefits” anymore because they pretty much say the same thing…”x customers in 30 days!” “6 figure business in x months!”… I buy because of the person behind the copy. I want to know what you stand for, what tools you have at your disposal, how you approach the subject, how you deliver your materials, because the process is where the results and the magic happen. I want to know that this person I’m working with isn’t regurgitating something I’ve heard before, some cookie cutter systems, others are regurgitating as well.

When I get to the sales page for a workout/training program, I sometimes know within 10 seconds that I have to join that program without finishing reading the first paragraph. Because? I can feel the energy of the author and instantly know if it’s something original, something with GUTS, something that fits well with me.

Your potential customers can feel your energy, passion, and enthusiasm through your communication, even if it’s just written words. If you don’t write about something you’re completely passionate about, if you dish out something canned and watered down, how can you expect your readers to “feel” you, to be inspired enough to work with you?

Blanket promises about just results and benefits don’t communicate veracity or establish the trust you need to make meaningful connections.

Here is the irony. I have seen quite a few “certification programs” that train trainers to deliver business and marketing training. Guess what they are selling – yes, the PROCESS! They’re selling the process (what some later turned into a signature system) that turns around and tells us, hey, stop talking about your process! Nobody cares about the process… but apparently there are plenty of people who care enough to shell out thousands of dollars to get certified. Hmmm… let’s think about that for a moment, shall we?

Many business coaches also advocate creating a signature system. So it’s all about the process, right? In my opinion, the signature system is a great marketing communication tool because, when done correctly, it tells people succinctly what you do and how you do it, linking the process to the desired benefits/results. HOW DO YOU DO IT. Yes, the process.

Don’t get me wrong, I love marketing and approach it as an art form, a form of self-expression. Not the canned version that plays “Simon Says.” Marketing communication is all about understanding who you want to serve and how you do it and then communicating that so your ideal customers understand the value you offer (simple right?)

Who is to say that your process, which is a crystallization of all your passions, knowledge, tools, life experiences, values, gifts, and superpowers, is not an important part of your message? I would like to know these things before I decide to pay a lot of money and hire someone!

If you can’t fully accept yourself and show all your uniqueness; If you hide behind watered-down, canned “results” that you *think* people want to hear, how can you expect others to fully accept your genius?

Rotate your futon mattress

A futon and futon mattress is something that many people have in their homes. Some use the futons as a bed and sofa. Some futons are the main pieces of furniture in people’s homes, especially those with smaller houses or apartments who use their futons all the time. One key thing that people forget is that they have to rotate the mattress on the futon. Rotating your futon mattress will keep it fresh and allow you to keep it longer.

By turning the futon mattress over, the material inside is given a chance to settle. As you sit or sleep in certain areas, much like a pillow, the material will start to get thinner. It will be pushed to other parts of the futon so the futon won’t be so even and get a bit lumpy. Turning it frequently will allow it to continue to level as pressure is applied to other areas of the futon.

Depending on the type of futon mattress you have, you will need to rotate the mattress more often. Futons made of cotton require the most turnover. It is recommended that you rotate your cotton futon mattress once a month or a little more if you use it quite often. The ones that are made of internal springs do not need to be turned as much. Similar to a bed, they can be rotated every 6 months. Finally, futons that are made from polyester and foam blends need to be rotated every 3 months or so.

When turning the mattress, turn it in a constant direction. Determine where you use it the most. If you tend to sit on it more, turn the mattress 180 degrees. If you tend to sleep on it, try turning it over when you turn it, and then turn it 180 degrees every other time you turn it. Track your system or use the same system during rotation.

It’s important to use a regular schedule and system when rotating your favorite cotton-filled futon mattress. For some, they must alternate between turning it 180 degrees and flipping it over. For others, they may spin it twice before flipping it over. Either way, keep it consistent so you can make sure you level the mattress.

If you tend to sleep on the futon, try to sleep on the right or left side of the mattress. This will make it easier to level when you turn it. Every time you turn the mattress, you will sleep on a cool side. It will gradually even out again until you need to turn it around.

A good futon mattress will stay firm for a long time. Some have been known to last for over 10 years or more. Maintaining a turnover period will help your futon mattresses remain soft and comfortable for your continued enjoyment.

The Universe in Motion Parts I to III

the universe in motion

((In narrative poetic prose) (and semi hexameter))

Part I of III

Forever, and from the beginning

In an endless movement everything goes

It flows imperturbable-: the heavens above,

The well below, the planets, the stars and the

Cosmos; bodies, nature, space, the abyss,

The lightning bolt, the heat, the cold,

Volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, and

Immensity of the whole: run its course

Through whatever travel time would allow them

By God Almighty, everything is on track.

Everybody’s got a ride, everybody’s in the spread

Things, spread to all ends of creation!

All movement in the universe goes, flows

Endless. Man with his very

Eyes, they can see things that bind things.

See how space and time bend, matter trembles!

Hill to hill, mountain to mountain, sea to

sea, land to the end of the earth, and to the end of the sea, and

Rivers, tributaries and nature, – for

Nature saves everything, the whole body. one federal,

The other, and all engender humanity by

The holy members of God. if it separates

Of your adjustment, for the absurd, pray God puts

Go back to your place; or that God would not allow

That in the first place! because it would have been better

Not to have been, to have been everything

Scattered everywhere and uninvited. By

In fact, nothing started or stabilized

By itself, and each and every set, in its right

Place. North made the primal germs say to each other:

How each one must move, to be led;

Compacted and changed to make a flower.

Or a plant, an insect, a tree… So by trial

And mistake, trying to do a somersault!

God forbid this kind of movement and things.

So that infectious germs have priority

In creation, if so, should they decide

So do big rearrangements, what then?

Contiguous touch, connect, attach,

Turn humanity into imps and goblins?

But God has obstructed such design,

He preserved what he has, launched his own movement,

Matter to flow in the cosmos, oceans.

And gravity to ripple like the seas of

explosions; and by the forces of the earth,

a canopy; and, an asteroid belt, grouped

Barriers, built to move and sway, to conceal

Earth, of invaders. And through proper

Balance and movement: the earth spins like a top,

Anti-clockwise; and the moon orbits the

Earth, counterclockwise, and Earth orbits.

The sun-immovable-counterclockwise…

And the bear, the fox, the wolf, the whale

And fire, the reptile, the spider all with

Breath and air; and plants take on man

Carbon dioxide, and gives off oxygen…

One feeds the other, even the firmament of the Earth

With Earth’s solar system, they all work together.

Can a rooted, fertile germ fix all this?

In a billion or more years? without God

Initiative, inventive? He

Germ, do you have a brain far beyond God’s?

Can the proton, the electrons, inside

A cell, within its nucleus, act together,

Without the triggering life-death movement of God?

Does it have a will, a heart, a breath or a brain?

Who is creating the reproduction barrier, code?

Genetic DNA; keep sickness away

Cornered? The immune system, by any chance?

Vanity gives the foolish dreams to embrace.

Vanity says: something comes from nothing;

That fixed positions come from oblivion!

That is, something from nothing is the

New cause, by chance, which is contrary to

Man’s own dubious physiological impossibilities.

The blind lead the blind, the fool teaches his

Error and foolishness are born apart from God.

How did all this come about?

All these things in motion, together forever…

The sun stops, but it is moving.

In its frame as a whole, even its energy

He slows down, and collapses on his

Own, losing its gravitational attraction and its hold:

It slowly moves towards its death, a black hole.

Yet so many things hide their movements,

When it is far from us, too far to see and study.

Even the simple landscapes, the hillside

The woolly herds, the mud beetle.

The color in the grass, we all are

Blurry and bent, as if standing far away-

The heat of the sun, its serene atoms

Speed with your light, through the matter of God

Traveling through this empty void, bound

Heat the earth, slowly, and adhere

to the waves of the air; heat particles

Regrets, exhalations, entangled, entangled,

Each one restrained by God’s fingertips, controlled and

Balanced, in advance. aboriginal atoms

With its ancient solidity, bold and simple.

We are a young species collecting data

In time, space, life, matter, energy, with

A barbaric past…, nor are we a

Long-lived species, years to count

Several times at our fingertips:

To explore the wonders of God, we must hurry!

If the sharpness of space,

His plan, his bewildering weight and strength,

If you move slowly in time and space

And if God had not preserved his

Original design, -for: luck, threat

Madness and odds, cutting odds

For luck and rhythm?

The red lust of madness would have intervened

And, -what God has put in its place, chance

It would have been outdated and far-fetched!

The Unfolded Universe

Part II of III

Regarding the movement, develop these thoughts: look

towards the skies, that in no way,

Could the nature of the world, the universe be constructed

Apart from the divine design, the power-; what’s wrong

Do you find yourself overwhelmed? All the weight on

The earth: grains and trees, mountains and seas

Not jumping into the sky… but like the roof of a dome

It stays in place. Wood and beam, our bodies-

The elephant and the whale, all the weight

Under the earth, its magma, its plates,

The crust of the earth, inside and out, does not

Do not ascend, rise like the wind, into the void

Empty: beyond the moon! Venus, Mars… to the sun!

Fire and flames travel into the air, soar high,

And then fall: what pushes them down?

Meteors burn up before they hit the ground;

If not, they spatter sparingly. The midnight

Shooting stars flame in the sky, just like the

The devil’s star, the comet, with long fiery angry tails

Like the Dragon. And the constellations fall to

The view of the Earth, as the Earth rotates on a needle!

From corner to corner: the rain comes, the hail, the light,

Heat, all bustling, above and above

And from the clouds, zigzagging, receding

Down to earth! Why not the other way around! God

He has made the firmament of the earth like a layered cake.

And if the naked eye looks sanguine,

Through a telescope you will see the universe

Dotted with galaxies, all spinning, churning

In and with movement. furrowed by big waves

Fifteen billion years in the making. energized,

With gravity: the cosmos taking quantum leaps,

With New Understandings and Relativity:

Attracting bodies to bodies while matter remains

Moving like the surface of a sea, with its

Gravitational waves and amazing precision…

And recreate new galaxies from black holes.

So is not the universe our beloved,

Multicolored house! amazing, intriguing,

Always interacting, always moving…

The crossing

Part III of III

In light of all that I have said, we are

Now at the crossroads where the Universe resides

And God – The creation of the universe is

Hidden first by nature; and then for science.

Science makes of God a nonsense, a relic.

And we also have theological concealment

Of the universe, its movement, its creation!

Because! For the sake of grace, work by faith.

You must take the physical, then the spiritual.

To understand God is to understand the

Universe, maybe not so different from a fish tank

And God, above her, looking down:

O God, entering into it, still looking

Down about that. The universe and creation

It was created with the idea that it is to be lived

With movement, with a view to worship.

"free as a bird" (A poem by Ray Lewis)

“Free as a Bird” (a poem by Ray Lewis)

You were not born a bird, but you were born to be big,

to bring hurricanes to the bright sunshine state,

and move quickly to the brighter stage

to write your own fable, to fulfill your destiny

So they praised you for plays in the depths of December,

as you led your flock back south to a warmer climate,

They called you their king, bound by purple forever,

but I see a heart, black as raven feathers.

Because you fought and fought, to achieve your main goal,

You silenced your scoffers, you won the great war

but in the war of the streets 2 lives were the marker

and although you won the trophy, you gave your soul

So caged by your actions, with no chance to escape,

you escaped your bonds, and now you fly free,

you deceive an entire nation with the gospel of your beak,

But all I hear is a crow’s guilty plea.

now you roam the skies like an acquitted felon,

and devour your prey with your ring on the heels,

demanding that the world call you model and legend

so that they forget your lies and your past sins.

who am I to judge, just an encouraging critic,

They say it’s half the story, that I’m being a cynic

that it’s all just a ploy or a selfish trick,

It’s not how you start, but rather how you end.

And it’s true that I can’t judge, because I’m neither judge nor jury.

But in the People’s court, I’ll take it one step further,

‘Cause God knows I’ve been watching, and the bird watcher says the same thing,

“When your company is crows, it’s nothing but murder.”

by Alexander Camp

I hope everyone understands that this is an opinion where I do not claim to know the exact situation of the murder complaints. I am simply giving an artistic opinion on the circumstances surrounding Ray Lewis’s career and indictment and involvement in the murders that took place in Tampa Bay, FL in 2000.

I hope you can view this subjectively, no matter how harsh or biased your own opinion may be, as I respect and encourage your thoughts and opinions as much as I would like mine to be respected and considered. Thank you, and I hope you enjoy the poem.
