Computer Work From Home Business: Take The Challenge

The secret is revealed here and it was never out of reach, but things were never properly addressed. With the amount of information available, it was physically impossible to collect meaningful insight. Internet technology has put everything behind closed doors reality. The different options are flying all over the neighborhood. To work from home or office, people have started thinking about it now. The computer work from home business theory is distributing the same number of possibilities.

The online world has more worldwide connections than all other forms of business combined. Experience cannot be considered as a factor of ineptitude. It caters widely to all sectors of society. The best part is that it saves us the routine work of traveling to official places that exist in the exact opposite direction of the flow of things. Time and money are the two most vital components. Also, things are pushed forward in the face of favorable options. People who are looking to start a new business or are at a crossroads, computer work from home can be taken as an equal measure. The kind of impact it has generated has left everyone first baffled and then appreciating later on.

The IT work of business has taken us in a new direction and situations are changing with time. Business etiquette favors equal understanding between employer and employee. Customers can only be conquered later. Writing articles, data entry, online surveys and various marketing techniques, etc. are some of the options commonly discussed here. These may be few in number and three or four in total, however each field has immense potential in itself. In fact, the writing of the article does not end at any time. Just to present the real situation, try to think of everything that was manufactured and on the Internet asking about all the information that will be uploaded in the form of Wikipedia, doing reviews and promoting products online. It seems that even millions of hands or fingers would not reach the target. Computer work from home has created a successful chain reaction. People are supposed to work effectively to capture and reproduce the current.

Computer work from home is taking an innovative approach to everything that is on the shelf for sale or purchase. The creative aspect makes things sell faster. In the case of a retailer, try to promote the products in an exquisite way. The idea is to ‘be and think’ from the perspective of the potential audience. Results can be guaranteed only after applying an in-depth approach. Internet marketing methodology gives evidence of the fact here. It is a very wide field and one can choose the profession of his choice.

Granite – Properties and Use

Granite is a type of common, felsic, intrusive igneous rock. Granite is medium to coarse in texture, occasionally with a few individual crystals larger than the ground mass that form a rock known as porphyry. Granites can be pink to dark gray or even black, depending on their chemistry and mineralogy. Granite outcrops tend to form towers and rounded massifs. Granites sometimes occur in circular depressions surrounded by a series of hills, formed by metamorphic haloes or hornfels.

Granite is an igneous rock and is formed from magma. Granitic magma has many potential origins, but it must intrude on other rocks. Most granite intrusions are emplaced deep within the crust, typically more than 1.5 km and up to 50 km deep within the thick continental crust. The origin of granite is controversial and has given rise to various classification schemes. Classification schemes are regional; there is a French scheme, a British scheme and an American scheme. This confusion arises because classification schemes define granite by different means. In general, the “alphabet soup” classification is used because it classifies according to the genesis or origin of the magma.

Ancient uses of granites

Granite is almost always massive (it lacks internal structures), hard and resistant, and has therefore gained widespread use as a building stone. The Red Pyramid of Egypt, named for the light crimson hue of its exposed granite surfaces, is the third largest pyramid in Egypt. The Pyramid of Menkaure, was built with limestone and granite blocks. The Great Pyramid of Giza contains a huge granite sarcophagus made of “Aswan Red Granite”. The largely ruined Black Pyramid, dating to the reign of Amenemhat III, once contained a polished granite pyramidion or capstone, now on display in the main hall of the Egyptian Museum in Cairo.

Many large Hindu temples in South India were made of granite. There is a large amount of granite in these structures. They are comparable to the Great Pyramid of Giza

Granites Use in the Present Age

Granite has been widely used as dimension stone and as floor tiles in monuments and public and commercial buildings. With increasing amounts of acid rain in some parts of the world, granite has begun to supplant marble as a material for monuments as it is much more durable. Polished granite is also a popular choice for kitchen countertops due to its high durability and aesthetic qualities.

Engineers have traditionally used polished granite surfaces to establish a reference plane, as they are relatively impervious and inflexible. Sandblasted concrete with a high aggregate content has an appearance similar to raw granite and is often used as a substitute when the use of real granite is not practical. Due to the particular rarity of granite, the best stones can cost up to US$1,500.

Pacific Bedrock Ltd. specializes in the manufacture and supply of high end residential and commercial stone products.

Aion Sorcerer Leveling Guide: Best Methods To Level Your Sorcerer

Making use of an Aion Sorcerer leveling guide was very important to me as this class is a caster and they are a bit different in Aion. One thing I’ve noticed is that there are no global cooldowns, you have to watch when an animation ends in order to use another spell. It sounds complicated, I know, that’s why I thought I’d write down some things I learned from my Aion Sorcerer leveling guide.

Aion Sorcerer Leveling Guide – Stats To Focus On

Since the Sorcerer is the main class dealing damage to the caster, you need to focus on the appropriate stats. These are the stats you need to rack up, Magic Boost, Magic/Magic Accuracy, Cast Time Bonus, Attack Speed, and lastly HP. Now the first one is very important as it increases damage in percentage, so 10 Magic Boost means 0.8% magic damage, 500 Magic Boost means 40% more damage. The second affects strength ratings. This is important when leveling up because you won’t be killing lower level mobs, so you’ll need all of your spells to land. Casting Time Bonus does exactly what it says, it increases casting speed. Now attack speed is important because it will make your spell animations finish faster, so you can start using another spell right away. It won’t make you cast faster like the cast time bonus.

Aion Sorcerer Leveling Guide – Weapon to use

Now this is a delicate way, you can think between atoms and orbs. In the Aion Sorcerer guide I use, I saw that I will be fighting mainly higher level mobs, for this you will need the Tome because it gives more Magic Accuracy. If you plan to kill mobs of lower or equal level, go for the Orb, which deals magic damage.

Aion Sorcerer Leveling Guide – Spell Rotation

I use this spell rotation at level 24 and I’ve seen a lot of people still use it at level 35 and above, so it must be good since it was in the Aion Sorcerer leveling guide I also use.

Start with Lumiel’s Wisdom if you have it, 50% less mana cost.

1. Delayed explosion, it will not attack if the mob does not resist the effect.

2. Chain of ice, to trap the target so you can fly.

3. Frozen Shock, chains the Chain of Ice spell, freezing the target in place.

4. Cage of Flames, has a normal damage over time spell.

5. Flame Bolt

6. Blaze, chains with Flame Bolt and does more damage than using Flame Harpoon instead of Flame Bolt.

7. Erosion, a second damage over time spell.

8. Harpoon of flames.

At this point your target should be dead, if not just use Flame Cage, Flame Bolt again. Using this information has made all the difference in the world for me, and I found it all in one place, an Aion Sorcerer leveling guide.

4 Strategic Planning Tools for the Innovation of Business Models and the Design of Business Strategies

There are strategic planning tools for just about any goal a business executive can conceive of. However, for managers and entrepreneurs who want to innovate their business model, it can be challenging to make the leap from conventional thinking to the kind of creative yet realistic thinking from which the next generation of sustainable profits can be developed.

By knowing the types of tools you can use for various types of trading strategy tasks, you can get much more innovative results from your strategy development sessions while reducing the time it takes to come up with good trading models.

Tools to map and dominate uncontested market spaces

1. Strategy Canvas

The Strategy Canvas is a tool first introduced in the book “Blue Ocean Strategy” by W. Chan Kim and Renee Mauborgne. It is a chart that plots the positions of business competitors relative to factors important to the customer market. The horizontal axis plots the factors of competition (hopefully established through customer knowledge), and the vertical axis plots the degree of supply or level of service.

With this chart, the differences between current and potential business competitors can be graphically represented. The main point of the strategy canvas is to illustrate the divergence between trading and market strategies in relation to client needs. By using a strategy canvas, you can create a new value innovation that breaks the conflict between low cost and differentiation—the heart of blue ocean strategy.

The Strategy Canvas is also a great tool for USP development.

2. Index of strategic control points

This is a tool used to assess the level of strategic control a company has in its industry relative to competing companies and organizations. It was best articulated by management consultant Adrian Slywotzky in “The Profit Zone” (a book I highly recommend). The Strategic Control Points Index ranks these control points according to the level of “profit protection power” they confer on a company.

In a nutshell, it’s a simple description of the path to monopoly (or at least near-monopoly) power in any business design. The gain protection power of these strategic control points ranges from “None”, “low”, “medium” to “high”. Some examples of strategic control points given by Slywotzky include:

  • 10 to 20 percent cost advantage in basic products (low)
  • One-year product development lead (slightly higher, but still low)
  • Product development leader for two years (medium)
  • Brand, copyright (slightly higher, but still medium)
  • Customer Relationship Ownership (High)
  • Chain of Superdominant Market Positions (Superior)
  • Value Chain Management (Even higher)
  • Standard property (highest)

3.6 Route framework

This analytical tool is another of the “blue ocean strategy” and gives strategists a masterful way of thinking through the “conventional six limits of competition” to systematically build new assumptions and stimulate breakthroughs in product or business design. . The idea is that one of these unconventional ways of looking at the competitive landscape can open up a strategic breakthrough.

in) Look across industries – Compete with alternatives and substitutes for your product/service instead of those you think are your competition.

b) Look through strategic groups – Discuss how your new strategy can be developed within the naturally assumed strategic boundaries in your industry.

against) Look through the chain of buyers – Consider how you can change the game by changing the defined “primary buyers”.

D) Find complementary products and services – Think of the complete system of your typical customer solution (where your current offering might only be a small part).

me) Looking through functional or emotional appeal – Examine how you can create a new value curve by adding excitement to a functionally oriented industry, or by removing the excitement and stripping a product or service down to its functional core.

F) look through time – Adjust your time horizon to a different point or cycle than is typical in the rest of your industry.

4. Business Design Matrix

The Business Design Matrix is a great analytical tool that you can use to help understand and analyze your competitors’ business models “at a glance.” It is largely derived from the work of Dr. Adrian Slywotzky. The criteria by which he analyzes his competitors, as well as his own organization, include:

  • Customer Selection
  • Benefit capture system(s)
  • Differentiation / Strategic Control
  • Scope of offers and presence

These four critical considerations provide a foundation for deciding marketing strategy, a foundation on which a broader business strategy can rest comfortably.

Stepping strong

Walking in high heels is a problem for many women. Some women take heels naturally. They can move around in them with absolute style and even run around in them if need be. Others, it seems, need not only hours of practice but also advice from internet experts to stay upright in something taller than a pair of sneakers. However, I do not make any judgement, since I belong to the latter category. I reserve the dubious pleasure of heels for special occasions, like weddings. It has not yet been decided whether my own wedding will deserve the same honor.

It would take weeks of practice for me to feel confident enough to walk, or preferably glide, down the aisle in heels, especially in an expensive white dress, with 70 or so guests watching. I wish your stars would look up to me and not grimace as they try to stifle laughter at the sight of me staggering like an ostrich on stilts.

Women can take comfort in the fact that they are not alone in their quest to strut elegantly down the street. Men also turn to the World Wide Web for advice on how to wear high heels. Highheelspassion.blogspot.com has an article specifically about high heels for men. It includes all kinds of tips that are very useful for anyone who wants a higher view.

For example, they say that when you start a life in heels, start small, in tiny heels, work your way up to wedges, and only then tackle stilettos. They also advise that you try on the heels to see if they are not too high for you before you buy them. The test is simple, while wearing the shoes, stand on a level surface with your knees straight. Raise up on your toes so there is an inch between your heel and the floor. If you can’t do this, you know the heels are too high.

Other helpful tips for men and women include taking smaller steps when wearing high heels. The higher the heel, the shorter your steps, so try not to stride, you’ll end up looking like a gorilla in disguise. Put the heel down first and then the ball of the foot. Don’t kick your whole foot down at the same time. You’ll also look more elegant and your hips will sway more naturally if you put one foot in front of the other and keep your toes straight.

Practice walking on various surfaces, not just the carpet in your hallway. Walking on wood is different from walking on grass or gravel. Follow the Boy Scout motto: be prepared for anything. Preparation will help you avoid falling flat on your face because you didn’t think to walk on cracked pavement.

Those who aren’t confident enough to take on heels needn’t fear, as the internet is full of other equally valuable tips. If you still haven’t figured out how to walk in those pesky flip-flops, a quick search online will see that you start on the right or left foot; it really depends on you.

How liquid protein shots can play an important role in the vegetarian lifestyle

In a study published by the Vegetarian Times, about 3.2 percent of people in the United States, or about 7.3 million people, follow a vegetarian diet. Of those people, approximately 1 million follow a vegan diet, in which they do not consume any animal products. For people who choose to follow a vegetarian diet, it is a lifestyle choice in which they abstain from all meat, but can still consume animal products such as milk, cheeses, and butter, for example.

The vegan lifestyle follows the principle that prevents them from consuming or using anything that comes from animals. While there are many health benefits to following a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle, it is important not to enter any without the proper information and education. You may have already noticed that vegetarians and vegans have eliminated a key element of their diet, meat. It turns out that meat happens to be an important source of protein in the human diet, and protein is essential for humans to stay healthy. It’s important that you understand the role of protein in your diet and know that if you choose to go vegetarian or vegan, you should look for other sources of protein to make up for what you don’t get through animal products.

A brief introduction to protein and why you need to consume it

Protein is an extremely important element of the human body. It is found in our DNA, all of our cells, bones, organs, and bodily fluids. That said, protein is the second most important thing your body needs (the first being water, since your body is mostly made up of it). As a source of energy, proteins provide the same amount as carbohydrates (4 calories per gram). It is important for cell repair, muscle growth and the proper functioning of the human body. So you may be wondering exactly why you need to get enough protein in your diet. Really, how much damage could you do if you don’t get the required daily amount? People suffering from protein deficiency may experience unhealthy weight loss, fatigue, and reduced performance and endurance capacity.

However, low protein intake is generally not an issue we need to worry about in the United States, because people get more than enough protein from the foods they eat every day. Even seasoned vegetarians and vegans really don’t need to worry about not getting enough protein in their diets as they understand their diet and are aware of alternative sources since they don’t consume animal products.

protein sources

The main source of protein in the human diet would be animal products such as meat, milk, eggs and cheese. Two ounces of lean meat, fish or poultry contains about 14 grams of protein. Veal, lamb, and beef are going to have the highest protein sources you’ll find in the meat classes (DietaryFiberFood.com). For those of you who are vegetarians and vegans, this is of no importance as you will not be getting your daily protein requirements from these sources. However, vegetarians can consume some animal products, such as eggs and milk. While these sources do not contain the same levels of protein as meat, they are viable ways for vegetarians to meet their needs.

Another source of protein that vegetarians and vegans will likely turn to are beans, lentils, and soy. These options will give them the protein they need for their bodies to function; however, beans, lentils, and soybeans do not contain the same amino acids found in animal products.

Vegetables, nuts, breads, and cereals are also sources of protein. While they do contain amounts of protein, it’s significantly less than what you’ll end up finding in items that rank even at the bottom of the meat/animal products category. A mix of sources from this group, as well as sources from the bean, lentil, and soy group will help vegetarians and vegans achieve a well-balanced diet with a sufficient amount of protein.

There is another option vegetarians can turn to when supplementing their diet. Liquid Protein Shots are a protein source that contains 25 grams of protein per serving. Products, such as those available from Protica, contain this and can be taken up to three times a day, giving you more than enough quality protein.

How this helps people who are adopting a vegetarian lifestyle

Many people want to follow a vegetarian lifestyle. However, they fall into the traps of not knowing which is the right path to follow. They will try this way of life for a short period of time, only to come to the conclusion that it is too harsh and restrictive. They cut out all sources of protein from their diet and find themselves hungry, tired, and cranky.

A vegetarian diet, or even a vegan diet, does not mean that you will eliminate protein from your diet. This is not possible since you know that protein is vital for survival. Vegetarians and vegans should be on the lookout for alternative sources. If you choose to go with liquid protein shots (at least vegetarians, anyway), you can rest assured that you’re fueling your body with quality protein that doesn’t come from slaughtered animals.

Another great thing about this protein source is the portability of it. The small vials of liquid protein can be taken virtually anywhere. If a vegetarian is out to dinner with friends, they can bring their liquid protein and drink it before or after going to the restaurant. This option is a must for vegetarians as it allows them the freedom that “meat eaters” have and properly feeds their body. Plus, it doesn’t contain the same unhealthy fats found in animal products and it wasn’t produced by killing animals. These are all things that vegetarians look for when following this lifestyle and liquid protein shots definitely fit the bill.

Create repeatable business growth

Combine the power of today’s social media with the constant need for business growth and you’ve got a lot of:

  • waiting for success

  • Wishing things would “go viral”

  • Comparing to someone else who “was great”

  • Be willing to pay exorbitant amounts for social media experts

  • begging for growth

But the recipe for business growth has not changed. It remains the same:

  1. define what you want

  2. find out how to get what you want

  3. and then do it

Instead of waiting Y wishing for success, wouldn’t it be better to control the process? You can then press the REPEAT button as many times as you like.

Fortunately, you can get the business growth you want and need, time and time again. Whatever your industry, business growth is the goal.

Here you will know how you can do it:

STEP #1: Define what you want

Starting from the top, do you know what you want? Are you looking for awareness, leads, referrals, authority, respect, recognition, local networks, open doors, branding, more sales, retention, upsells, or something else?

Make sure you know exactly what YOU need. Specifically, what will take your business to the next level? What will cause the exponential growth you seek? What exactly did you want to “go viral” and how would that have helped you?

Once you know what your business needs, the next step is to figure out how to get it.

STEP #2: Figure out how to get what you want

Mike had a pressing need: RETENTION. Together, we created a book (printing cost was less than $1/bk) that was delivered to their customers. The book explained the benefits of nutritional supplements that Mike’s company created and sold. Each supplement order included the small book, which increased retention as people became more knowledgeable about the product. As a result, the company’s profits increased by $100,000 to $200,000 per month because customers stayed with the product for an additional 2-3 months.

Dave wanted one thing: more SALES of his core product (a $2,000 leadership program). We created a book (less than $1/bk to print) that was sold to their franchise sales reps (for $3/bk) who in turn delivered the books to their prospects. Business skyrocketed! The leadership program sold out faster than ever. Dave quickly reprinted 5,000 more books and repeated the process.

Beth wanted more BUSINESS. As a commercial architect, I was always looking for more jobs, leads, and referrals. We created a children’s book, full color with a glossy hardcover, that costs about $5 per book to print. Every person you did business with received a copy. And when customers went home and read her book to their children, they couldn’t help but remember Beth! And recommend it! And his business grew.

Chris needed a JOB. We created a little book (about $4/bk to print) that turned 8 job interviews into 8 job offers! His challenge became which job to choose.

Bill wanted REFERENCES. As a home inspector, he wanted all the business he could handle. He bought a DIY home maintenance book (for about $10) and gave it to his customers as a little “thank you for your business.” One client referred Bill to everyone he knew who was selling or buying a home. A $10 book turned into countless references!

The stories are endless, but each of these true examples shows the incredible power of repeatable business growth. For more retention, sales, business, jobs, or referrals, all of these people need to make us hit their own REPEAT button!

They know what they want and they know how to get it. His growth is repeatable!

STEP #3: Then Do It

When you know exactly what you need to grow your core business and you have a proven way to get the growth you want, the only thing left is to do it. And then you can do it as many times as you want. REPEAT… REPEAT… REPEAT is now at your fingertips!

This is so much better than any “viral” hit because you are the one in control. You created it, and that means you’re in charge. You can modify and refine it. And you can do it over and over again.

Repeatable business growth is real, consistent, profitable growth. Is that what you want!

Keep Your Day Job But Invest In Real Estate – One Person – Multiple Careers

What is the antidote to boredom, burnout, job insecurity, and other workplace problems? The answer is to branch out into real estate investing in your spare time, while keeping your day job.

a new model

Author Marci Alboher, in her book One Person/Multiple Careers: A New Model for Work/Life Success, shows how multiple professions and multiple identities can converge into a better, unified life.

Since I am a real estate investor/author who also has a regular 8:00am-5:00pm job, I identified with the examples of people in short careers who were most similar to mine. One such person described in the book was Robert Sundaley and a high school earth science teacher for over twenty years. During his summer vacation, he started investing in real estate. It was so successful that he now teaches other teachers how to do it and has published a book about his experiences.

When I started my second career in 2002, I was motivated to change because my day job didn’t give me the satisfaction and sense of accomplishment I wanted, and because I wanted an additional source of income. However, I wanted to stick with my regular job for the security it provided.

One race flows from another

My second career was buying houses to fix up and renting them out. After doing it successfully for seven years, I felt like I was the owner of my own mini-universe. I wrote a how-to book about my experiences (my third run) and I also do presentations (my fourth run).

However, reading One Person/Multiple Careers made me realize that I was not alone in the actions I took. I see now that it is not uncommon for people to pursue a multi-track career as a way to balance their lives, as I did. Like when you buy a new car and suddenly you see a lot of cars like yours on the road, I suddenly discover a lot of people who have short careers.

First develop an expertise in one area

As Alboher points out, writing, teaching, speaking and consulting are four cuts that accompany any other type of work. Once you develop expertise in an area, it’s natural to pass that knowledge on to students, clients, and the public, and doing so may involve wearing different hats.

The unadorned truth is that a single identity can be a liability. It leaves you vulnerable to sudden winds of economic change. To be successful and healthy, we must develop multiple identities, which we can rely on when conditions change. Slash racing can also be an invaluable fortress against mental and physical illness.

Android Smartphone Basics Everyone Should Know

Sims and SD cards

These are often confused with each other and since they have very different functions it is important to know the difference.

A SIM card is provided by your phone company (Verizon, Tracfone, AT&T), usually for free, and contains information such as your phone number and contacts. It is usually quite small and white in color.

A micro SD card can be used in most smartphones and is used to store things like photos, music, videos, and documents. Micro SD cards can be purchased almost anywhere, including Walmart, CVS, and even eBay. These cards come in sizes like 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, and 128 GB.

If your phone has a removable back, the SIM and SD card slots can be found by removing the back of the phone. Otherwise, a small drawer located on the top or side of the phone contains the SIM and SD cards. A special key is required to open this drawer and should have been included with the phone purchase.

Starting screen

The home screen is similar to a computer desktop. It’s the main screen, the one you’ll use the most, and your phone returns to it every time you press the home button. More screens can be added to the right or left of the home screen and can be accessed by swiping in any direction.

Apps installed by Play Store will automatically appear on your home screen. It is also possible to drag apps from the app drawer to the home screen or from one screen to another.

Notification

Your smartphone uses applications to perform thousands of functions. These apps like to send notifications to keep us updated. YouTube, for example, will notify you about a video you can enjoy that you just uploaded. Whereas a weather app will send weather related notifications and your messages app will show you the messages as you receive them. Swipe the notices to the right to delete them or click “delete all”.

notification bar

The notification bar is located at the top of the screen and typically displays the time, current battery charge, and Wi-Fi/data strength. The notification bar can be extended by sliding down. When extended, quick settings like WiFi, data, location, and Bluetooth are revealed.

drawing application

The app drawer is where you can find and launch any of the apps on your phone. It can be accessed from the bottom of your home screen (or any you’ve added) in one of two ways:

Clicking on the (usually white) circle icon with various holes or dots

swipe up

Home, Back and Recent keys

The home key will return you to the home screen from any screen or app and is located in the bottom center of all smartphones.

The Back key will take you back to the previous screen. If you reply twice, you will exit an application.

The recent key reveals all open applications. Swipe apps to the right to exit and close or click “close all” to close all open apps. This is quite important, as not closing an app properly will significantly slow down your phone; especially after several are left open.

michael jackson poem

Came into our worlds light and hot,

urgent delight and hot at the trot,

worthy esteem that we could give,

some seem contemptuously stricken.

Leaving us then, sad but true,

why now, why ever, God only knew,

leaving a hole, one that grew,

now we are obliged to give it its due.

Alive we defend this time we do it,

appreciating the wonder and how life is new,

willing we straddle the tail,

lives in our memory forever crooked.

Finally, paraded, will not give,

separate this world without living,

for us to go back, we only know,

pushes us inspired to go.

~*~*~*~*~*~

Regardless of our opinion of Michael Jackson, he influenced and inspired past and future generations. His legacy lives on. And while we rightly stop in our worship for him before we get to worship, which is due to God alone, we thank God for Michael and people like him; people who take our imaginations beautifully to grateful ransom.

Personally, and I speak for many silent voices in this, people like Michael Jackson, despite the libelous insults, have their place in inspiring us to go to the zenith of ourselves. All these are inspirations placed by God; talented players who model achievement and dedication to their trades.

Michael Jackson, like many of his contemporaries, has left a lasting legacy in the world of music, dance; the performing arts in short.

All of our lives have been greatly enriched by him and others like him. I thank God for them.
