Get there
Well, first things first. Burj Khalifa is located in the center of Dubai, next to the gigantic Dubai Mall. Using the Dubai Metro, take the Red Line to Burj Khalifa Station. From here, board the F13 bus and get off at the next stop – Dubai Mall Bus Stand. Now walk through the mall to reach Burj Khalifa. Otherwise, walk on the air-conditioned flyover.
This should take about 15 minutes because there are moving walkways (similar to those in airports). This is definitely the most recommended way to get to the mall. At the Dubai Mall, walk through the mall to the ground floor, also known as LG.
The Burj Khalifa Ticket Office is located inside the Dubai Mall, next to the Subway Sandwich Restaurant on the ground floor. However, to avoid the hassle of locating the office and dealing with long lines, book your At the Top, Burj Khalifa tickets in advance at itickets.ae
where to visit
Burj Khalifa has two viewing platforms open to guests. The lower deck is popular as At the Top and is located at an elevation of 452 meters. When the tower officially opened in 2010, it was the tallest observation deck in the world. Unfortunately, this title was taken away by an observation deck at China-Canton Tower. But when it comes to standing out, Burj Khalifa is definitely not the one to let anything get in the way of his glory. Consequently, Burj Khalifa opened a new platform: At the Top SKY, which now measures 555 meters and is currently the highest observation deck in the world.
At the top of the Burj Khalifa is the 163rd floor of the tower which, however, is not accessible to the public.
The cost
Visiting At the Top, Burj Khalifa requires a ticket, and there are several factors that affect the cost of your ticket, including:

What to expect at the entrance
If your ticket does not allow you to skip the line and go to the observation deck, you will be expected to wait in line. While you wait, however, you don’t have to get bored as the area features spectacular interactive displays that tell the story of the skyscraper.
You will then be directed to the elevator which will whip you around at a breakneck speed of 10 m/s.
From the observation decks, soak in spectacular views of the Dubai skyline and the gulf beyond. The telescopes here are built with technology that provides high-definition views of landmarks and attractions beyond the city and are also equipped with a feature that shows what the city looks like during the day and at night.
Interesting must know about Burj Khalifa
Although Burj Khalifa has 160 accessible floors, the actual number of floors is 163. The extra three make up the mechanical wing that is not accessible to the public.
Construction of the magnificent tower began in 2004, with the entire skeleton and exterior completed on October 1, 2009. But there was more. It took another 3 months to finish the interiors before the grand opening ceremony on January 4, 2010.

At the end of 2014, the distance traveled by the At the Top elevators was equivalent to going eight times around the world. The mere idea of it is mind-boggling. Perhaps the only way to fully experience that sensation is to board the elevators eight times, considering that it moves quite fast: 10 m/s.

The tower has three lobbies in the sky (different from the observation decks). One is on level 43, another on the 76th floor, and the last one on level 123. Don’t ask us how. But what we know is that these are public places for residents and visitors. For common guests, the assumption is that if you are dining at At. Mosphere (level 122), there will be nothing stopping you from going up one more floor.
Burj Club – Not a raving nightclub in itself as it houses a variety of other facilities spread across some of the most exquisitely designed levels of the tower. The club spans four floors, each dedicated to a specific purpose, namely a gym, a spa, and a rooftop bar. Very cool!
