The year 1966 is an important year for the Cincinnati Bengals because it was the year their existence was first established. Then Ohio Governor James A. You should be able to catch him with your latest WR pick and not risk too much for a huge advantage that makes him a massive fantasy football sleeper.

YOU: Austin Seferian-Jenkins (Tampa Bay) – Jenkins was thought to be entering his 2014 rookie season, but he limped through the season with foot, ankle and back problems and had little impact.
