Homemade Snatch Recipe

This is a Mexican meal made to order, it is very delicious and you can have it for lunch or dinner. It is also very easy to make, once you have the meat seasoned you can make it crispy or maybe soft and you can bake it in a skillet and maybe even on charcoal. Anyway it is very tasty and you will enjoy it with everything you want.

Will need:

Skirt steak (2 lbs., smashed)

Seasoning (10 packages or 18 ounces, accompanied with cilantro and achiote)

White pepper (1 tablespoon)

Mexican beer (1/2 bottle or 12 fluid ounces)

How to do it:

Take all the flank steak pieces and sprinkle each piece with the seasoning and white pepper, once you have this stack the seasoned steaks in a bowl as you seasoned them, now take the beer and pour it over the steaks. Once this is done, refrigerate for about 2 hours. While you are doing this, preheat the oven or an outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oil the grill, remove the steaks from the refrigerator and discard the marinade. Now that you have them, cook the steaks on the prepared grill until they are nicely firm, hot, gray and in the center cooked through. You will need to cook each side for at least 5-7 minutes. Once you have them ready, you can place them on top of the tortilla or maybe eat them with some salsa on the side.
