Powering future

Gain additional space in the bathroom

Not enough space in the bathroom? Feeling a bit cramped in your bathroom? Do you feel like you don’t have enough space to move? Sometimes a complete bathroom makeover is out of the question.

Don’t worry, a small bathtub might be the direction you’re looking for. Installing a small bathtub is cost effective and requires very little time. Also, it could give you the space you need and not take away from the relaxation time you want to spend in the tub.

By having a smaller bathtub, you gain more space and can still enjoy that relaxing bath at the end of the day. Small bathrooms can give you a few extras that a regular bathtub can’t. Things like being more comfortable while soaking in your little tub, extra room to move around, or even maybe those nice new decorative shelves you’ve been eyeing at the store; These are all the possibilities that open up to you when you choose a smaller tube.

With small soaking tubs, you can fully immerse yourself in the water while sitting in a comfortable upright position because these tubs are much deeper than your average bathtub. With your normal size bathtub, you have to lie almost all the way down to cover yourself in nice hot soapy water, which can cause discomfort in the neck and back area. Come on, when you take a shower you don’t want to be uncomfortable, do you?

Retrench of space

Let’s talk about saving space, shall we? With a small bathtub you can open up a lot of space in your bathroom. The average size bathtub is 32 inches wide and 60 inches long (about five feet long). That’s a fair amount of space to take up in a small room. The average small bathroom is around 30 inches wide and 30-31 inches long. That’s a 30-inch difference! Think what you could do with it. How about a nice mirror, or a tall shelf, or maybe even leaving the spaces open to give the room a more spacious feel? So with a smaller tub, you can free up a good amount of space to do whatever you want, and there’s no remodeling to deal with.

Comfort

What do you prefer, trying to soak and wash while lying down and trying to stay underwater or sitting in a nice comfortable position while completely under neck-deep hot water? With these small, deep tubs there’s no struggling to stay underwater or lying down uncomfortably. You can sit back, be comfortable, and be fully covered in the soothing hot water you’ve been waiting for all day. At the end of the day all you want to do is relax, right? Have a nice dinner, watch a TV show perhaps, and then take a nice hot bath before bed. Well, you can do exactly that and not feel uncomfortable in any way.

Varieties

Small bathtubs now come in many varieties. A nice feature is that you can choose what color you want and where you want to put it. In addition, you can also decide if you want a walk-in bathtub or if you prefer a walk-in bathtub. Maybe you want to take the next step with saving space and opt for a small corner bathtub (which will fit nicely in a corner). These are all the options available to you.

Whether you want a step, a walk, or maybe a little extra space, a small size bathtub is definitely a step in the right direction. With a smaller size bathroom, a smaller size bathtub would add that extra space.

Make money online: write articles to drive traffic to your website for free

As an internet marketer, keeping operating costs low and maximizing profits is your ultimate goal in your internet business.

To save costs and have a massive volume of traffic at the same time, writing an article helps you achieve it.

Compared to other forms of advertising for your products and services, such as search engine pay-per-click, writing articles is free and doesn’t have to cost you a dime.

You can see results just as fast by writing articles like paid traffic today.

In fact, writing an article is quite easy, if you can write simple and grammatically correct English.

Submitting to article directories is simple and is also easily accessible, although some may require some skill and you must show proof of your previous written work that has been published before.

If you don’t have the time and skill to write, you can hire a writer to do the writing for you for a fee. Normally, the fee is reasonable and affordable.

Even if you want to write the article on your own, you don’t have to start from the beginning. Maybe pay a token amount of money and buy some articles and rewrite them as your own.

As a beginner you may get some rejections but by writing more and submitting more to article directories you will gain experience and eventually results will show.

Ultimately, the main goal of publishing your article is for your prospects to find and eventually buy from you. If your article contains rich keywords and phrases that your visitors are searching for, they will soon be able to click on the link on the search engine results page.

In order to rank on the first page of the search engine results page, it is important that you try to submit your article to various article directories.

Some will give your article a higher ranking than others, due to the page rank of each individual article directory in the search engine.

So to get started with your marketing campaign, start writing an article to drive traffic to your website.

It’s also free.

Seven steps to keep your sanity during a divorce

Going through a divorce can be overwhelming in more ways than one: Your emotions will go up and down like a roller coaster for several months, and you’ll feel pulled in many directions at once. You may also have to sell your home and other property, find a new place to live, and adjust to being a single parent. Divorce can have a devastating effect on your financial, emotional and social health, but there are several ways to cope with change and instability:

1) Take time to cry

A divorce is a loss and therefore requires mourning. It is important to take time to go through this grieving process and acknowledge your feelings. Remember that at the time of divorce, friends and family will take sides, so be prepared to not only let your spouse go, but some friends as well. This will add pain to the separation process, but it is a necessary step toward your new life.

2) Build an emotional and social support network

This is a crucial time to confide in your loved ones, be it your family and/or friends, and seek the emotional support you need. Surround yourself with people who allow you to share your feelings and offer you a leaning shoulder without judging your situation or your decisions. Make time to go out to dinner or a movie. Laugh, enjoy the present moment and good company. Remember that laughter is great medicine.

3) Get professional help

If you feel that the support of your family or friends is not enough, seek professional help. Relationship counselors can teach you coping skills for every situation you will have to deal with during the divorce process. A counselor will also help you refocus on yourself and help you distance yourself from your ex-spouse. Reconnecting with your individuality and identifying your own needs and desires is very important, especially if you have been married for a long time.

4) move

It is not essential to join a gym to add exercise to your day to day, but it is crucial that you take care of yourself physically. Divorce is considered one of life’s most traumatic events, and its effect on the body and mind can be devastating and long-lasting. Exercise releases endorphins and helps you lower stress levels. It also helps you sleep better, which will improve your mental focus during the day, at work, and at home.

5) Take it one day at a time and remember who you are

Thinking about the future can be overwhelming, especially when so many factors have to be considered and your life path seems uncertain. By breaking big steps into smaller steps, you can get closer to your goals without adding to the stress and emotional burden. Furthermore, divorce is not only an end but also a new beginning: the perfect opportunity to remember the person you were before marriage. Consider reconnecting with your old hobbies or find new ones that make you happy.

6) Be strong for your children

By taking all the necessary steps mentioned above, you will become a better, emotionally and physically stronger parent. Remember that a divorce can also be very difficult for children and they will need your emotional support. Children can be a great motivator for recovery, helping you focus on a new and happy life with them.

7) Reduce the emotional and financial cost by hiring a divorce mediator

Going through the divorce process doesn’t have to be excruciating, and if you and your spouse think you can work things out amicably, choose a divorce mediator instead of hiring separate attorneys. In addition to reducing your financial expenses, divorce mediation will mitigate friction between spouses, as the mediator encourages communication and compromise to reach consensus on the division of assets and debts, child custody, and the timing of visitation, child support, and spousal support, in a reasonable amount of time. A shorter divorce process will help you start the healing process sooner.

Slim Fast Shakes Vs Medifast Shakes – A Comparison

I receive many emails asking me to compare medifast products with other diet products. A very popular request is to look at medifast and slim fast shakes side by side. So, in the following article, I will do just that.

Options / Flavors: It used to be that medifast won in this category hands down, boosting their 55 “regular” shakes, as well as the 70 higher protein variety, ready-to-drink variety, appetite suppression, option for diabetics, joint health, health, ready-to-drink and metabolism boosting. Almost all of them have multiple flavors available, so there are tons of different options and varieties here.

However, recently Slim Fast has introduced a few more options in addition to the “original” line. There is now an “optimal” line that is said to control hunger, the highest protein line, the easy to digest option, and the “low carb” variety. If you want to get really technical about it, medifast still has more options available, but Slim Fast has come a long way with this, so I’ll call it a wash.

Calorie/Carbohydrate/Protein Content: I know that few people consider these variables as important as I do. But my opinion and experience is that drinking diet shakes is a waste of time if they contain too many carbs and calories (and not enough protein) to put you into fat burning mode (called ketosis). When I compare shakes, this is often where medifast comes out on top. Many grocery store items contain too many calories and sugar, so let’s take a look.

If I were to compare every shake on both plans, this article would take forever to read, so I’m going to choose what I think are the most popular shakes on both plans. This would be the “original” from slim fast and the “55” from medifast. First, let’s take a look at losing weight fast. This shake has 220 calories, 25 grams of fat, 40 grams of carbohydrates, and 10 grams of protein. Now at medifast. We’re looking at 90 calories, 10 grams of fat, 13 grams of carbs, and 11 grams of protein.

So how significant is this difference? I think it’s quite significant. In terms of calories, you could drink two of the 55 and still have calories to spare. And, in my opinion, 40 grams of carbs is too much to get you into ketosis. At the very least, you should look for the low carb option if you’re interested in losing weight fast, but I have to tell you that even this option is around 190 calories.

Taste / Texture / Cost Comparison: To be honest, aside from the high calories and carbs, the biggest drawback I see to Slim Fast shakes is the chalky texture they’re known for. There are some decent flavors, but you just can’t help this weird texture. This is my opinion and I realize others may have a different one.

Granted, medifast premixed shakes are also not my favorite in terms of texture. But, the 55 is so versatile that you can make sure you get creamy and light. This makes a big difference to me. If I’m going to be on a diet, then I’m going to need the food to be appetizing.

In terms of cost and price, there isn’t as big of a difference as you might think. You’re looking at around $8.50 for a box of 6 for the thin and fast. There’s no denying that medifast costs a bit more, but if you buy it as part of a package, you’ll only pay about $2.00 each. This small difference is definitely worth it to me because I’d rather pay a little more and lose weight pretty quickly and enjoy consuming the product.

Plus, Medifast offers many other foods (chili, soup, eggs, oatmeal, pudding, etc.) that give you more options and keep you from getting so bored. This makes it the best option in my opinion, but everyone will have their own criteria to make this determination.

At The Beach: An Introduction to Trademark Selection and Licensing

INTRODUCTION:

Boogie boards, fins, wetsuits, T-shirts, swimsuits, sunglasses, sunscreen, bottled water, sandals, umbrellas, towels, volleyballs, coolers… sounds like another summer day at the beach! However, for the savvy entrepreneur, these beach accessories/necessities are the breeding ground for commercial exploitation. Not far off in this petri dish of sand consumption and capitalism is the need to select a trademark by which the exploited item will be known, for example, HOBIE® surfboards, O’NEILL® wetsuits, sunglasses, OAKLEY® sunglasses, BAYWATCH® wristwatches, MIKASA® volleyballs, and COPPERTONE® sunscreen and tanning lotions. This article will highlight some famous trademarks in the sun, sand, and surf and will briefly address the legal and business issues regarding the selection, licensing, and registration of such trademarks.

DEFINED TRADEMARKS

A trademark (or trademark) is defined as any word, symbol, slogan, or device (such as a design), or a combination thereof, used by a manufacturer or merchant to identify its products or services and distinguish them from those made by the manufacturer or trader. , sold or repaired by others. COPPERTONE® and SPEEDO® are excellent examples of ‘word’ marks. “SO DON’T BURN” is an example of a ‘tagline’ brand. A logo or design such as the famous COPPERTONE girl and dog is an example of a ‘design’ mark. An example of a service mark is ESPN® for “entertainment, news, and sports programming services delivered via television.” A service mark such as ESPN® may also be exploited and serve as a trademark (ie, for apparel (shirts, hats, sweaters, vests); prerecorded videotapes; beach bags, beach towels, etc.). In the US, trademark rights are acquired through use (eg, by selling or transporting your product in commerce with the mark attached or on a label). Also, under certain circumstances, “color” may be a trademark. Examples outside of the surf/beach industry are the color “pink” for fiberglass insulation and “green” for dry cleaning pads.

SELECTION AND LIQUIDATION

Selecting a brand is the first step a retailer takes to create an identity for their surfboard, swimsuit, etc. Trademark licensing is the process of determining whether or not the trademark is available and is not being used as a trademark by someone else. The importance of this authorization process cannot be overstated. Ignoring this vital step can lead to a multitude of problems and expenses. In licensing a trademark, a two-step process is suggested. The first step is to perform a computer trademark search online. This online search is further clarified by identifying the products one is seeking to use or sell, as trademarks are categorized by classification. In the United States, the federal government has adopted the International Classification system. Toys, sporting goods, volleyballs with swim fins, body boards, and surfboards are included in Class No. 28. Bathing suits and clothing and beachwear are in Class #25. Backpacks, beach bags, and gear bags are in Class #18. Posters, magazines, books, stickers and other printed materials and publications are included in Class #16. Videotapes, audiotapes, video game software (including software downloadable over a global computer network), surfing helmets, and skateboards are in Class #9. So if you plan to sell surfboards, apparel, and gear bags, you’ll want to do an online search for Class #28, 25, and 18. The online search is often referred to as a “knock-out” search. . This is because searching online is a quick and relatively inexpensive way to determine if the trademark is already in use. These online searches are often available at public libraries, commercial search companies, and law firms.

If your trademark appears to be free of conflicts after conducting an online search, the next level of search is the full search, which is obtained from commercial search firms such as THOMSON COMPUMARK and CORSEARCH. The comprehensive search will search the federal trademark database at the Patent and Trademark Office, state trademark registries, common law sources such as telephone directories and Dun & Bradstreet listings, as well as domain name registries from Internet. If your trademark still appears conflict-free after a thorough search, then you can be pretty sure that you can adopt and start using your trademark. WARNING: These searches are not guarantees of the absence of conflicting trademarks, but allow a merchant to make a more informed decision in licensing a trademark.

FEDERAL TRADEMARK REGISTRY

For maximum protection, it is best to register your trademark or service mark. In the US, your greatest rights can be obtained with a federal trademark registration. If you only do business within one state, say California, you may be able to register your trademark with the California Secretary of State. However, if you intend to do business across state lines or in foreign commerce (or if you are already doing business across state lines or in foreign commerce), then it is prudent to file an application for federal trademark with the US Patent and Trademark Office located in Alexandria, Virginia.

The application for registration of a trademark must be filed in the name of the owner of the trademark. The applicant must submit: (a) a written request; (b) a drawing of the mark; (c) the required filing fee (currently $325 per brand per class). The applicant will also incur attorneys’ fees, usually a flat fee, if an attorney is retained to file the application(s). Trademarks registered with the Federal Government, as indicated above, are categorized by a classification system that corresponds to the type of merchandise to be registered. For example, MOREY® and MOREY BOOGIE® for body boards, CHURCHHILL® swim fins, and MIKASA® volleyballs are all in Class #28. The ESPN® service mark is in Class #41; QUIKSILVER®, HANG TEN® and OCEAN PACIFIC® for apparel are in Class #25; BILLABONG® and BODY GLOVE® wetsuits are also in Class #25; REEF BRAZIL®, NIKE® and ADIDAS® for sandals and footwear are also in Class #25; SPEEDO® and TYR® backpacks and gear bags are in Class #18; SURFER® Magazine, VOLLEYBALL® Magazine and SURF BUSINESS(TM) are in Class #16 for publications.

After registering the mark in the US, it is important to notify this fact by placing the registered trademark symbol, “®”, next to the mark. Before registration, it is also advisable to use the symbols “TM” (for trademarks) and “SM” (for service marks).

The main advantages of a federal registration include:

“Constructive notice” at the national level of the claim of ownership of the trademark by the registrant. Essentially, this eliminates the good faith defense of an infringer who claims to have had no actual knowledge of the trademark.

The record is also evidence of (a) the validity of the record; (b) the ownership of the mark by the registrant; and (c) the exclusive right of the registrant to use the mark in commerce in connection with the goods or services.

Registration also entitles the registrant to (a) file a claim for trademark infringement in Federal Court; (b) prevent the importation of goods bearing an infringing mark; and (c) use the registration as a basis for registering the same mark in certain foreign countries.

Trademark registrations are valid for 10 years, subject to certain use and filing requirements, and are renewable every 10 years, also subject to continued use and renewal filing requirements.

FOREIGN TRADEMARK REGISTRATION

If your product is distributed internationally, then you must, in general, register your trademark(s) in each country where you plan to do business or are doing business. It’s so expensive? Yes! On the other hand, the alternative is the possible loss of the ability to sell your product in those countries where a third party has previously filed an application for your mark(s). Therefore, foreign trademark protection is generally obtained on a country-by-country basis. Unlike the US, however, trademark rights in many foreign countries are obtained through registration rather than use. This further requires the importance of applying for trademarks in foreign countries as soon as possible.

A notable alternative to the typical practice of registering trademarks on a country-by-country basis is the new Community (European) Trademark Application which has been available since January 1, 1996 for filing. By obtaining a Community-wide trademark registration, the owner of a US registered trademark, for example, can save time and money that would otherwise be spent registering a trademark in each separate European country and, Hopefully, you could get maximum protection for your trademarks in foreign markets. at minimal cost.

CONCLUSION

Whether you are selling products or services, it is very important to know your trademark and/or service mark and its value. In a competitive business environment, the potential for economic loss is tremendous if trademark rights are not acquired, evaluated, protected, and maximized. While this article does not claim to cover all the intricacies of trademark law, hopefully it has helped shed some light on this area of the law that is of the utmost importance to the business owner.

How to feed a Bengal cat

How to feed a Bengal Cat is as easy as feeding any other cat. quite a lot. That is, after taking into account their often quirky likes and dislikes. Known for being a stubborn and stubborn breed of cat, once you determine the parameters of what your Bengal will allow you to feed them, you’ll be on the home run.

Feeding your Bengal directly a regular can of cat food shouldn’t pose any problems. As long as your cat likes the taste. If he doesn’t, he just won’t eat it. And to be completely honest, almost any cat is capable of turning up its nose at wool-tinted canned cat food. Your biggest problem is if you have more than one Bengal cat. When I was done with four Bengals, two of them would eat one brand, one would eat any brand, and the fourth would sit and look at me like I was offering him a plate of lettuce, no matter what was inside the can. .

In the end, I was able to persuade my children (and a girl) that of all the cans in the world, two were especially beneficial to all concerned. Two of them were not convinced, although they ate what appeared on their plates. Even if they consumed their food in a very condescending way.

The important thing to remember with a Bengal is how much they need to eat. They can and do require a bit more than your average cat and I have successfully fed my Bengals one can per day (each) for many years. And I know that sounds a lot like cat food. This. But they were (and still are) at the peak of their health, at weight, although not overweight, and happy.

Initially my vet asked how much they were eating. However, he came to trust my judgement. Bengals are very active cats, often well into old age. They remain full of life, especially when outdoors, and therefore burn off any excess. Be aware of the possibility that your Bengal may also prey on the small local wildlife population, even if their owners feed them well.

My cats have stalked, killed, and consumed an inordinate number of birds, mice, fish (yes, even fish), and various other unfortunate mammals. And still come home to dinner. A horrifying side of the Bengal property, but also a very real one.

One other thing: Bengals aren’t good with water in bowls. I no longer run water for my cats, and haven’t bothered for years. There is an abundant supply of water in the immediate area and they prefer to find their own. Alternatively, they love to drink from the tap. This is indicated by sitting next to one and staring at it or squealing until its need to drink is satisfied.

However, if your Bengal is an indoor cat, you will (of course) be advised to provide him with water. Though I’m sure you’ll succumb to simply paying attention to their faucet-turning behaviors.

If you prefer not to feed your Bengal from a can, dry cat food is fine. But keep in mind that the breed actually prefers meat to biscuits. Or offer both. All of mine have liked eating cookies, to varying degrees. As a gift, offer them fresh meat. Don’t buy it specially. I’m talking about leftovers or a small piece of steak. Trust me, your cat will love you even more after a few tasty bites of rib-eye.

In short, feed your Bengal cat as you would any other breed of domestic cat. Just keep in mind their goofy foibles and attention to detail, along with the fact that they are a hungry breed and need a little more on their plates. Otherwise, feeding a Bengal is as easy as pie.

Financing Retail Commercial Property Deals

When financing retail commercial property deals, keep these tips in mind:

• Financing is always 100%

• You always contribute 100% of the money to the deal, but not always 100% of its money

• Financing is not just debt, although it can sometimes be

• You are the investor, so you get positive leverage

Most of the time, you have to go into debt on a property. It gives you leverage, if you can borrow at a lower interest rate than the general rate you’re earning on. However, you don’t want to put so much down on a property that it gets hurt.

You don’t want to have to climb too big a mountain every month when you make your mortgage payment. In fact, it won’t, if you do the deal right. You don’t have to hand over control of the property to your equity partners, nor, by structuring the deal correctly using equity financing, only hand over part of the cash flow to them.

Advice: When you learn about financing, don’t automatically think it’s all about borrowing money. It’s more about using available resources.

When submitting your property description for debt financing or raising money through equity financing, be sure to follow the guidelines of the governing associations for that type of property and potential lenders or private equity investors will take you much more seriously. I laughed.

For example, if you are a shopping center, you can get some important elements from this description from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). They tell you everything that is important regarding commercial retail property, from regional malls to strip malls. You can find them online at http://www.icsc.org. They can also provide information on how to run a profitable shopping center business.

If you’re just starting to finance retail commercial property deals, focus on smaller deals that require less money per square foot to build or buy than those mega deals. For example: In Orlando, Florida right now, you could build a commercial building for $120 per square foot, while in the same area you could build a median-priced home for close to $200 per square foot.

You can rent the commercial building for more money per square foot than you can get for the house, which is an advantage in favor of this type of property over residential for your investment. In a nutshell, it also describes why many ‘property gurus’ are ‘full of it’. The truly wealthy in our society own income-producing commercial property and typically do not “move houses” or invest in residential neighborhoods in war zones.

Here’s a quick note for those of you who want to build rather than buy. When purchasing land on which you hope to build a commercial property, hopefully it will already be zoned. By being legally ready to go, you won’t have to worry about entitlements and other factors such as infrastructure or engineering studies.

This makes one more deal, when financing retail commercial property businesses and for that reason we suggest that if you are going to build rather than buy down the road that you look for a property that is going to have a comprehensive plan permit, zoned for commercial use or Put in the comprehensive plan as a commercial future. After it’s titled that way, you can probably buy your land for a reasonable price and less hassle, on which to build.

What happens to a file once you press Delete

If you choose not to mess around with your Windows operating system, then the file automatically goes to the Recycle Bin. If you ever decide you still need the file, you can simply search your trash (a fun concept Microsoft gets us through) and you’ll find your deleted file intact and easily recoverable. However, if you disable the Recycle Bin, things will be slightly different.

Most of us consider deleting a permanent file. After all, you can’t see it in the directory structure, so it’s definitely not there. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at the situation) when it comes to computers, seeing is not necessarily a premise for believing. A file is not permanently destroyed and eradicated from your memory simply by deleting it from the directory structure. Instead, it is kept safe in a free memory area, stored in case you change your mind and need to retrieve your file. What is removed is the link to the file, so if you compare a file to a book page, removing the file does not remove the page from the book, it removes the page’s index from the table of contents , represented by the file system here.

Still, your hard drive space isn’t infinite, so eventually the space your deleted files are piling up on will fill up and no more “cupboard” space will be available. What the operating system does in such a case is to overwrite the old deleted files with newer deleted files, so there is a certain time limit in which you can recover the lost data. For example, if you deleted a file from your hard drive a year ago, the chances are slim that you’ll find it intact in the “closet” area. Instead, if you deleted it yesterday, there is no chance of it being overwritten.

Of course, data recovery techniques have been constantly improving and specialists can now recover data even after it has been overwritten. Some companies boast of the fact that they can recreate files that have been deleted and subsequently overwritten in the lost memory sector up to 10 times. However, after 10 overwrites, it is very likely that the data that is recovered is not completely intact and some parts are missing.

Just like there are programs that help you recover deleted data, there are others that help you delete it permanently! Sometimes you’ll want to permanently destroy some data you stored on your PC and your closest resemblance to a paper shredder is a data erasure tool. As data recovery technology is constantly on the rise, there’s a chance that bits of your “permanently deleted” data could still be found, so it’s best not to fully count on that if you really don’t want someone to find out. what you stored on your hard drive.

Planning a party? Top 10 things to keep in mind:

  1. Do you have a theme?
  2. How many people come?
  3. What will be happening at the party?
  4. Where is the party going to be held?
  5. What kind of food options will be provided (by whom)?
  6. What kind of budget do you have?
  7. How long does the party or event last?
  8. Is there enough parking?
  9. Are there enough bathrooms?
  10. What about entertainment?

Party rental companies come in all shapes and sizes; Here are some ways to ensure you choose a quality provider:

  1. Call a vendor and speak to them about your event, a reputable vendor will be able to provide you with a quote over the phone, or in many cases for larger rental orders via email, fax, or in some type of written format.
  2. Verify that your provider is licensed to do business. Ask if they are, and check with your state’s division of corporation to determine if the supplier is in fact a legitimate business. There are many people who simply offer party rentals on a part-time basis or as a second income; If your event is important to you, you’ll want to make sure you hire a professional, full-time event or party rental company.
  3. Ask to see a certificate of insurance from the company. Many of the smaller part-time businesses and some of the larger rental companies do not carry insurance. You must verify that you are doing business with a legitimate supplier, who has insurance to protect you, them and your guests from any accidents or unplanned events.
  4. Get an invoice + service agreement. Sign, date, and return the agreement to the company. Without a signed agreement, you most likely do not have a contract. Be sure to read your bill and agreement carefully. If you don’t check to make sure all the items you have on your party rental order are on the invoice, then don’t be surprised when something doesn’t arrive at your event…
  5. Verify the event date, time, contact and location information on the agreement/invoice. Any information like this can cause big problems if it is incorrect. On the day of the event, you want the correct information on the invoice, as that is what the party rental company will use to get to your location. A wrong address, combined with a wrong phone number can create a nightmare…

No matter what you rent for your party, it is important to follow the list above.
