Sushi and samba football

With the next World Cup starting in June in Brazil, more and more attention is being paid to this South American nation. But not many people know that there is a special relationship between Brazil and Japan. It is symbiotic with each nation benefiting from the other.

This relationship dates back to the beginning of the 20th century when there was a strong migration of Japanese to Brazil. Slavery had just been abolished and Japanese immigrants were seen as a good source of work to replace freed slaves as farm laborers.

Since then, new immigrants have assimilated into Brazilian society and today number 1.5 million.

Over time, the effect of this integration inevitably spread to soccer or football, the most popular sport in Brazil.

IN BRAZIL

Brazil is known as the birthplace of soccer and the best example of the influence of new immigrants in the sport is elastic. This is a move found in the Brazilian trick repertoire in which the player throws the ball to one side with the outside of his boot before immediately returning it in the opposite direction, fooling defenders in the process.

Famous practitioners of this movement have been Ronaldinho, Ronaldo and Robinho and the popular belief is that they inherited it from the great Rivelino, winner of the World Cup with Brazil in 1970.

In fact, it was patented by Sergio Echigo, a Nisei, the son of Japanese immigrants who played club football for Corinthians in the 1960s and who showed Rivelino how to do it. Echigo invented it and Rivelino perfected it.

In a country where soccer talent abounds, it was difficult for young Brazilian-Japanese players to make a name for themselves in soccer.

Unsurprisingly, some tried to return to Japan, others tried to trade in third countries, and those who stayed home never made it to the top.

The most famous of them was Kazuyoshi Miura (Kazu) who emigrated to Brazil at age 15, became a professional footballer and a star, but after 8 years he returned to Japan where he played for the national team.

Others who returned to Japan were Marcus Tulio Tanaka who played for the national team and Noguchipinto who plays for a club.

A famous player who chose to play for a third country was Deco, who played for soccer clubs in Brazil before moving to Europe, where he played for the famous Barcelona and for Portugal at the 2006 World Cup. Then he returned to Brazil, played in the Fluminense and recently retired.

Of those who stayed in Brazil, Sandro Hiroshi and Pedro Ken only got to play for the Under 17 team in 1997 and for the Olympic team respectively.

IN JAPAN

While the movement of people at the beginning of the 20th century went from Japan to Brazil, at the end of the century the trend was in the opposite direction.

At that time, numerous Brazilian players began to move to Japan, a rich land that had developed a thirst for the game.

A notable example of this was the great Zico who joined Kashima Antlers in 1991 as a player. He was hired to bring discipline and organization to Japanese football. He was an ambassador for the newly founded J-League and helped turn the game from amateur to professional.

He was coach of the national team from 2002 to 2006 and as a sign of his contribution to Japanese football there are 2 statues of him and a museum in his honor in Kashima.

Zico helped spread the game across the country and the players prospered. For example, Alex dos Santos, who was born in Brazil and moved to Japan at the age of 16, was so successful that he changed nationality, made it to the national team, and played in the World Cup in 2002 and 2006.

The policy of the clubs in the J-League is to have many Brazilians so that in the current season there will be 29 Brazilian players for 14 of the 18 teams or 62% of all foreign players (Sportskeeda, J-League and the Brazilian influence; by Renato Andreoa, March 4, 2014).

The effect of this is that the Japanese game has a strong Brazilian influence. But this is by design and not by accident.

The Japanese developed a long-term strategic plan called “J-League, a project for 100 years”, based on the Brazilian model, that is, a mixture of technique, skill and excellence of the game. This, combined with the natural Japanese style, which is upright and fast, created the current brand of Japanese football (see Sportskeeda, J-League and the Brazilian influence, etc.).

Today, Japan is the most successful soccer nation in Asia and plays the best soccer in the region. One expert even says that Japan will win the next World Cup.

CONCLUSION

When the Japanese team arrives in Brazil in June to compete in the World Cup, it is as if they are landing in a home away from home, as 1.5 million Japanese Brazilians will be there to support them.

The question arises of who would they support if Japan had to play Brazil. On the one hand they see themselves as more Brazilian than the Brazilians themselves, but on the other hand they have a deep commitment to their cultural roots. The answer is anyone’s guess, but it is certain that we would enjoy a rich diet of sushi and samba football. I can not wait.

I know you don’t like me

I know you don’t like me and it’s the BEST thing for me that you see.

Because it means I’m going up. Get out of here. Out of that energy that he used to attract. You know, the energy it used to give off said that, use me.

Don’t respect me or my time. Devalue what I do.

Yeah, you only liked me when I:

  • I did not defend myself
  • I did not call the limits
  • Crushed my voice
  • Shrunk to fit you
  • I said yes to you and no to me
  • I gave you everything and I did not give myself anything

You only liked me when you could get away with it.

Then I know you don’t like me anymore. Because I won’t play your game. I’m not going to pretend that you’re right and I’m wrong.

I will not listen to your voice, your needs, your voice stronger than mine.

I will no longer be servile to you. Because it doesn’t suit me anymore, because it doesn’t make me happy, it only makes you happy, you’re rich, you’re more selfish as time goes by.

I will stop placing you above me. If you are my husband, boss, best friend, lover. Because I can scream, scream, I can beg … but I realize … you don’t hear me.

I can drag a horse into the water, but I can’t make it drink. I cannot make you see or cure you of this: no matter what I do or say, you have not advanced.

And God knows I’ve tried to make you see and it made me sad inside.

And so I am left with an option:

Stay with you and please.

Gold

Leave you and accept that you probably don’t like me anymore.

And you don’t like me anymore?

Well, it will feel lonely for a while and that scares me.

Until I remember:

That every time you get mad at me for disagreeing with you, giving you, being a slave to you, it is the sign of the Goddess that I am on my way UP!

Every time you get mad at me, you get disappointed, tell me I’m wrong … it’s my special sign that I’m coming out of this crazy stupid power-robbing story (which I loved to share with you!) And I’m on my way to UP UP UP !!

And what am I going to find UP there far from you?

Others who value me, give me space to speak, let me be me without apology and LOVE me for it !! Here I am safe to be me. In all my blush! In all my femininity! I am safe to speak. I’m sure to say how I feel and I’m sure to share what I want without being hurt, without being made to feel guilty.

It’s okay to be me here. Right to wear whatever you want no matter how short it is, because you are responsible for how YOU behave.

I do not. Never.

It would be wrong for me to take responsibility for myself and for you two.

Here I feel empowered: I become the greatest, brightest and most outrageous me of all time. Here no one overshadows me, no one knocks me down. Because it’s not okay anymore.

Here I am allowed to ROCK my bright pink feminine energy! Here I am allowed to cry, feel, have BIG needs, BIG desires, want MORE for myself, which you used to think was unreasonable, but now I LOVE my irrationality! Because damn, that’s me! I am allowed to change my mind in the blink of an eye, am I too much for you? WELL! It means I’m on the way UP!

Dear Goddess, in light of International Women’s Day on March 8, I thought it was very appropriate to write to you about something that is very important for you to feel good.

And that is: Raising your standards for YOU!

You see, amid my regular training of women to raise their standards, I have been reading about India’s growing intolerance towards sex crimes against women.

Made me cry.

And then I punched the air: India is beginning to wake up and realize that she deserves to treat women with the utmost respect.

We are the carriers of life. You are the bearer of life and love, and you must respect yourself.

Keep your standards HIGH for yourself! Those who react badly to you – be it a friend, a boss, a client, your husband, boyfriend, partner – whoever … They just aren’t ready to get up with you.

Send them love, but don’t compromise and reach out to them because they don’t like you anymore. Because they accuse you of being bad, because in essence they say: who do you think you are?

Who do you think you are?

You are an amazing goddess who deserves to lead the girls of this world to the BEST life of this life !! You are PINK POWER, beauty, fabulous, all in one!

I want you to blink your crazy bright pink eyelids at the next girl who looks at you because you will know that being a girl, being a woman is so GREAT when you maintain high standards for yourself. Because then everyone has to do it or they will just walk away leaving space only for those who do!

If you commit now, who will she look up to?

Who are men going to admire?

Who am I going to admire?

You know that it NEVER feels good in your instinct when you silence your voice, when you do not follow your instinct, your heart, your desires.

And Goddess, how the heck will men on this planet raise their vibration towards women, their respect for women if you are not willing to defend yours?

I’d love to hear what you think in the comments below! Have you shrunk to fit someone else? What happened? Are you on your way UP yet?

Advantages and disadvantages of cable TV

Cable TV has faced increasing competition from other types of communications like satellite TV and even computer sites like Netflix. With all of these options now available, it’s a good opportunity to see the pros and cons of cable TV. In this article, I’ll examine three positives and three negatives about cable television to help you make an informed decision.

Advantage n. # 1: stability

Cable television is especially stable in service. Both traditional air-wave transmissions and modern satellite television can interrupt you during any serious storm (and often some not-so-severe storms). The cable, on the other hand, will only shut down if there is some defect in the overall system, such as a broken cable or a router. This will occur much less frequently than storms, so cable television will provide much more consistent service.

Advantage n. 2: grouping

Often times, special offers are available by bundling your cable TV with other services in one package, usually Internet and phone, but sometimes services like cell phones. These packages can save you a lot of money, especially if you combine the three typical services. It also provides the convenience of having a single invoice.

Advantage # 3: Price

Cable TV can be quite inexpensive if you don’t add too many options. Initial hardware costs are fairly inexpensive compared to satellite, and the FCC requires all cable companies to provide a basic cable package consisting of broadcast channels and some local channels. As a result, cable television may be the cheapest form of television, aside from buying an antenna.

Disadvantage n. # 1: pesky monopolies

Many areas only have a single cable TV provider, and this creates a monopoly. While competition from satellites is increasing, the corporate culture of these monopolies is especially poor. Customer service can be terrible, if not non-existent in many cases, and consumer satisfaction with cable television companies is consistently one of the worst among companies in the United States.

Disadvantage n. # 2: confusing pricing packages

Many cable companies are very confused when it comes to how much their service will actually cost in the long run. Many require you to sign up for two years to get a one-year introductory agreement. However, you really have to research their websites to find out how much the second year will cost. In other cases, there are hidden fees, rental charges, and taxes.

Disadvantage # 3: Privacy

If you are bundling your cable TV with the Internet (and many people are), you will have less privacy on the Internet. Wired Internet works with a stable IP address that does not change, so people will be able to easily track your visits to your sites. Compare this to DSL, where you can easily reset your IP by turning your modem on and off.

With these advantages and disadvantages in mind, you will be in a better position to make a decision about choosing cable television.

Kitchen Design Ideas

Kitchens have so many design options that they are literally endless. Kitchen design ideas include features like cabinets, tiles, countertops, appliances, hardware, and accessories. Each feature alone has a multitude of design options and the possible combinations are endless. Two identical kitchens with just one different feature can look like very different kitchens when finished. Due to the large number of design options, do your research thoroughly what products are available on the market and get a pretty good idea of what you are looking for.

The main feature in any kitchen is the cabinets. Most of the time it is the first thing people notice in a kitchen. The design of the cabinets is unique to each kitchen. Measure the size of your kitchen and determine the types of cabinets and where you would like to place them. If you have a solid wall with no windows, doors, or appliances, opt for floor-to-ceiling cabinets filled with drawers for storage. Include a broom or cleaning cabinet in these cabinets. Glass fronts on corner cabinets are a popular design feature. Cabinets have a wide variety of door styles. There are recessed, flat-paneled and raised closet doors. Each of these options comes with various design options. Once you have chosen your cabinet design, you need to decide on the stain that will suit your kitchen space. Opt for lighter colored stains for smaller kitchens to make them feel open and spacious.

Countertops are also an important feature in a kitchen. They are also very visible. Countertops should be chosen for their durability as well as their appearance. Granite countertops are the most popular option today. You can also choose from engineered stone, ceramic tile, laminate, wood, and stainless steel. The material and color of the countertops should complement the cabinets, backslash, and tiles. If your kitchen is a large room but you don’t have a lot of counter space, you may want to consider adding an island for additional space. An island not only adds counter space, but also storage space.

Flooring is an integral feature of the kitchen. Most kitchens are made with ceramic tile floors, but wood and laminate floors are gaining popularity. Many kitchens have tile backsplashes. Make sure the tiles used in your backslash complement the flooring. In addition to the type of flooring you use, you should also choose a tile, wood or laminate color, as well as the texture. Very often, a kitchen with light-colored cabinets will look better with a slightly darker floor, and vice versa. The contrast between the cabinets and the floor, however small, creates the illusion of depth.

The kitchen design ideas listed above are just the tip of the iceberg. We haven’t even touched on cabinet hardware, light fixtures, sinks and faucets, paint colors, or appliances. Matching appliances are ideal in any kitchen. Stainless steel appliances are a favorite because they match almost any kitchen design. Families with young children may want to consider black appliances, as stainless steel shows fingerprints. Think both small and large functions. Something as simple as buying the wrong cabinet hardware can ruin the look of the finished project.

Auto Insurance: Understanding the Different Types of Collision Insurance

When choosing auto insurance, there are several options to consider when trying to create a policy that is best suited to your needs. Everyone knows that in almost every state, to legally drive a vehicle, you must have at least liability coverage on your car, but what about other types of insurance? Well, one of the most important options is your collision coverage.

If you finance a vehicle for purchase or lease, your lender will insist that you have collision coverage, and the more the merrier. For example, in the state of New Mexico, if you were to rent a Cadillac, the company responsible for the leasing will likely insist that you purchase the maximum collision coverage available. There are levels of collision coverage that you should be familiar with in order to make the right decision for your situation.

The least amount of collision offered would be called the “limited” option. If you choose this option and rear-end another car, which would be your fault, your limited policy would pay nothing. If you were to be in a rear-end collision, which would be the other person’s fault, you would pay the deductible you chose and then the insurance company would pay the rest. So if you are more than 50 percent responsible for a collision and have limited collision coverage, you pay the bill.

The collision option in the middle of the road is called the “Standard” option. In this case, if you abuse another car or it is slid aside, you will be responsible for your chosen deductible, which ranges from $ 250 to $ 1000. Basically, with the Standard option, what you pay is the same no matter who it is. blame for the accident. Some states offer a zero deductible option, but the premium rates would be considerably higher. The standard collision option is the one most commonly chosen by the average driver.

The highest and most expensive collision option is called the “Broad Term” option. In this case, if you are responsible for the collision, or at least more than 50% at fault, you will be responsible for your deductible and the insurance company will cover the rest. If you are no you are at fault for the collision and you have comprehensive term collision coverage, you pay nothing. The insurance company would pay everything for you at 100%.

Also note that the insurance company is only responsible for covering damages up to the value of the car. So if you really get into a big crash and your car is crushed and it will cost more than its actual value to repair, it will be declared totaled, just to think.

So, shop around for your auto insurance policy, choose your options wisely, be a safe driver, and make sure you’re covered to the best of your budget.

1949 communist revolution in China

On October 1, 1949, Chinese Communist leader Mao Zedong declared the development of the People’s Republic of China (PRC). The announcement ended the large-scale civil war between the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and the Nationalist Party, or perhaps the Kuomintang (KMT), which broke out quickly after World War II and had also been preceded by conflict. both internal and external. between the 2 sides since the 1920s. The development of the People’s Republic of China also led to the very long practice of governmental agitation in China initiated by the Chinese Revolution of 1911. The “fall” of mainland China to communism in 1949 led to The United States to suspend diplomatic connections with the People’s Republic of China for many years.

The Chinese Communist Party, created in 1921 in Shanghai, initially existed as an analytical team operating within the boundaries of the first United Front with the Nationalist Party. The Chinese Communists joined the Nationalist Army in the Northern Expedition of 1926-27 to rid the nation of the warlords who maintained the development of good central government. This collaboration continued until the “White Terror” of 1927, when the Nationalists attacked the Communists, killing them or perhaps eliminating them from the party.

After the Japanese invaded Manchuria in 1931, the ROC government experienced the triple threat of warlord insurrections, the communist uprising, and the Japanese invasion. Disappointed by the nationalist leader Chiang Kai shek’s emphasis on internal threats rather than the Japanese assault, a team of generals kidnapped Chiang in 1937 and forced him to reconsider cooperation with the communist army. As with the first attempt at cohesion between the nationalist authorities and also the CCP, this Second United Front was short-lived. The Nationalists spent the necessary materials on the Communists’ content, rather than focusing entirely on Japan, even though the Communists worked to improve the influence of their own in rural society.

During World War II, popular support for the Communists improved. US officials in China noted a dictatorial crackdown on dissent in nationalist-controlled areas. These undemocratic sources, along with the crisis of the war, weakened the ROC government in the face of the communist threat. The CCP, for its part, experienced success in its early land reform efforts and was praised by peasants for its tireless efforts to protect itself from Japanese invaders.

The Japanese surrender sets the point for the resurgence of civil war in China. Although nominally democratic, the nationalist government of Chiang Kai shek continued to garner the support of the United States alike as its longtime battle ally and as the only option to stop China’s communist influence. American forces sent large numbers of Chinese nationalist troops into Japanese-controlled territory and allowed them to take the Japanese surrender. Meanwhile, the Soviet Union occupied Manchuria and withdrew when Chinese Communist forces were in position in that territory.

In 1945, the forerunners of the communist and nationalist parties, Chiang Kai shek and Mao Zedong, met for a series of talks on the development of a postwar government. Both agreed on the value of democracy, a single army and equality for these Chinese political parties. However, the truce was tenuous and, despite repeated efforts by American General George Marshall to reach an agreement, by 1946 the two sides had been waging an all-out civil war. Many years of mistrust between the two sides thwarted attempts to create a coalition government.

As the civil war continued from 1947 to 1949, eventual communist victory seemed to be more and more likely. Although the Communists did not occupy some important urban areas after World War II, they had powerful grassroots support, an outstanding military business, as well as morale, and large stocks of arms seized from Japanese resources in Manchuria. Many years of corruption and mismanagement had eroded popular support for the nationalist government. In early 1947, the Government of the ROC today wished to visit the island province of Taiwan, off the coast of Fujian province, as a possible point of withdrawal. Although Truman Administration officials were not convinced of the strategic value for the United States of maintaining partnerships with nationalist China, without one in the US government, it was necessary to accuse it of facilitating the “loss” of China to communism. Financial and military aid to the reeling nationalists continued, though not in the amount that Chiang Kai shek would have liked. In October 1949, after a series of military victories, Mao Zedong proclaimed the establishment of the People’s Republic of China; Chiang, as well as his forces, fled to Taiwan to regroup and also to try to retake the mainland.

The ability of the United States and the People’s Republic of China to seek common ground after the establishment of the new Chinese state was hampered by both domestic politics and global tensions. In August 1949, the Truman administration printed the “China White Paper,” which explained the previous US policy toward China based primarily on the concept that only Chinese forces could determine the end result of its civil war. Unfortunately for Truman, this phase did not protect his administration from the costs of owning “lost” China. The incomplete dynamics of the revolution, which made a broken, exiled and noisy Nationalist Army and Government in Taiwan, increased the feeling among American anti-communists that the end result of the struggle could change. The outbreak of the Korean War, which pitted the United States and the People’s Republic of China on opposite sides of a world conflict, put an end to some commercial accommodation opportunities between the People’s Republic of China and also the United States. Truman’s drive to prevent the Korean conflict from spreading south led to the US policy of saving Chiang Kai shek’s government in Taiwan.

For more than 20 years after the Chinese revolution of 1949, there were various contacts, limited exchanges, and absolutely no diplomatic connection between the 2 nations. Until the 1970s, the United States continued to carry out the ROC, named Taiwan as the true authorities of China, and supported the government to maintain Chinese control in the United Nations.

Effective remedies for bone and joint pain and arthritis

Joint pain could be the result of a strain, sprain, or some other injury that affects the ligaments or tendons that surround a joint. Alternatively, a joint pain could be the result of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or gout.

While pain can occur anywhere on the body, the knees, shoulders, and hips are the most vulnerable.

Home remedies can be very effective in curing joint pain, but severe joint pain, when caused by degenerative conditions such as arthritis, needs proper diagnosis and treatment. Alternatively, one should make sure to consult a doctor in case the joint pain is accompanied by redness or swelling, or lasts for more than three days.

Let’s go over some of the most effective home remedies for joint pain:

1. Massage:

A massage simply works to improve circulation and calm inflammation. And regular massage can go a long way in reducing pain, stiffness, and also range of motion in the affected joint.

To massage the affected area, some of the best alternatives include warm oil, such as coconut, olive, mustard, castor, or garlic oil, and gentle pressure should be applied while the massage is in progress.

2. Hot and cold compress:

A hot and cold compress could be a very effective way to let yourself get over joint pain. With heat therapy, pain decreases, one can increase blood flow, and relax sore muscles and joints.

In the same way, cold therapy numbs the areas around affected joints while reducing inflammation. You have to use the hot and cold compress for a diseased joint as follows.

o Wrap both pads in separate towels before use. They should not be applied directly to the skin.

o Place the hot compress on the affected area for about three minutes.

o Remove the compress and replace it immediately with a cold compress.

o Repeat the process for 15-20 minutes every day.

But one should try to make sure not to use the hot compress if the area is red, bruised, or irritated.

3. Fenugreek:

Its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties make fenugreek a popular home remedy. In particular, it is beneficial if one suffers from arthritis.

To cure a joint pain, you need to use Fenugreek as follows.

o Swallow a teaspoon of finely ground fenugreek seeds and cover with a glass of warm water. Doing it every morning is sure to give a positive result.

o Alternatively, you can soak a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in water overnight and consume them the next morning.

4. Garlic:

Garlic is very beneficial for those suffering from arthritis and joint pain, mainly due to its high content of sulfur and selenium. While sulfur helps relieve joint pain and inflammation, it also has an anti-rheumatic effect.

Similarly, the high selenium content works very effectively for someone with arthritis because arthritic patients tend to have low blood selenium levels.

To cure a joint pain, you should choose to use garlic in the following ways.

o Have raw or cooked garlic as part of your diet, and it is quite safe to consume 2 or 3 cloves a day.

o Or you can use garlic as a topical remedy.

– Fry two cloves of garlic in two tablespoons of mustard or sesame oil. When the teeth turn black, turn off the heat and strain the oil.

– Let the oil cool until it is comfortably warm.

– Massage the skin around the affected area.

– Let it act for three hours before washing it off. Doing it twice a day could be a very effective way to cure joint pain.

Unveiling the PlayStation 3D TV – Sony’s Powerful 3D Gaming Technology

Sony’s ever-popular gaming console may be about to further increase its appeal with the recently announced arrival of the PlayStation 3D TV. Sony announced at the Electronic Entertainment Expo in June 2011 that they will bring the model to market alongside their existing range of 3D televisions in an attempt to take the 3D gaming market by storm. Sony plans to use groundbreaking technology that allows two players to view individual different game images on the screen by simply pressing a button, revolutionizing the existing split-screen method and opening up new potential in the ways competitive games are played.

The unexpected announcement firmly places 3D gaming as the only 3D content source that has real potential to put 3D television at the center of our home technology needs. Viewing 3D images naturally increases the feeling of immersion, which of course is one of the key attractions of gaming in general: taking you from this world to another where you are in control and clapping your hands in the middle of the action. . With video games trying to deliver a true 3D experience to no avail for many years, and the Nintendo 3DS falling short of what it promised, it looks like Sony will make sure its new PlayStation 3D TV takes pole position in the race for the best. New 3D entertainment from 2011.

Sony has stated that the screen size of the PlayStation 3D TV will be 24 inches and will come as part of a bundle that will include several essential accessories, such as active shutter 3D glasses, HDMI connection cables to connect the PS3 to the TV and a game. 3D. what the first indications suggest that resistance will be 3. The glasses are powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that, according to Sony, needs a 45-minute charge to give up to 30 hours of playback time, plus it is expected that just a few minutes of charging provide a full hours of use. With a release date set for Fall 2011, there’s plenty of time for the items in this pack to change, and it won’t be a surprise to see different or additional games included.

For anyone who has been following the progress of 3D TV technology over the past year, the size of the 24-inch screen may come as a surprise. On first impressions, it seems a bit small, given that much of the focus on 3D television has been on building and selling larger screen models to increase the sense of immersion that is an important part of viewing 3D images. But Sony is targeting this innovation at gamers who are used to smaller screens – they can play in bedrooms and other small spaces where larger standard 3D TVs are just too big.

At roughly £ 320 or around $ 500, the price could be set at the right level, although additional pairs of Sony glasses also cost between $ 50 and $ 70. Early reports indicate that the image quality delivered by the LED-illuminated display 1080p 24-inch edge is strong, and other model specs include a 5000-to-1 contract ratio, 2 HDMI inputs, and a 176-degree viewing angle for gamers. This wide viewing angle seems to be a fundamental element of the TV, as it allows gamers to sit next to each other exactly as they do now to enjoy multiplayer games and still get the full 3D effect.

Other features include a headphone port, two HDMI ports, a component port, and two speakers. All combined with an ultra-thin screen. But the ability for gamers to view different 3D images while playing the same game is, of course, the jewel in the crown. The technology uses what is known as four-speed frame-sequential display technology, and in simple terms, it works by combining the glasses with the television to send the 3D images separately to different players.

Most of the major manufacturers, and Sony in particular of course, believe that 3D games will further drive 3D TV adoption, and this appears to be the first real effort by a major game maker to attempt to prove that point. For an experienced gamer, the PlayStation 3D TV could become one of the must-have gaming devices of all time. And for those of us who don’t classify ourselves as hardcore gamers, this new development could be the fuel that gets us on the road. There are already more than 100 PS3 3D games in circulation and if the PlayStation 3D TV is successful, it will not be a surprise to see that number increase substantially.

At the expected price of around $ 500, this option can encourage anyone who’s been sitting on the fence about buying a 3D TV to jump on both feet. And the potential for the future is outstanding. Imagine when 3D gaming is combined with motion detection controls or head tracking technology, we could be faced with completely new ways of playing. Players can manipulate 3D environments with a wave of the hand. The game and even the creation of player levels could become much more intuitive than ever. If the PlayStation 3D TV is as successful as it seems likely, it could open the door to even newer and more innovative gaming experiences.

It all sounds good, doesn’t it? But there are some drawbacks. The main one is that the dual player mode will only work with 3D games that have been specially created to take advantage of it. Clearly, that means that all existing games will be incompatible from this perspective, although of course you will be able to play them as a single player in 3D. Sony will reportedly have around 100 fully compatible games released by the end of the year.

Therefore, we will have to wait and see what new developments occur. But if the idea of the PlayStation 3D TV doesn’t catch your imagination, there is an alternative way to connect your PlayStation to a 3D TV with Sony’s recently released 3D TV / PC combo. Known as the Vaio All In One, the combo comes with a 24-inch 1080p HD LCD monitor, plus a built-in Blu-Ray player. Connectivity to a PS3 is through an HDMI port. At a price of around $ 1400, the All-in-One might be a better option for anyone who wants to combine 3D gaming with their other online activities.

Healthy Eating – Get Started Smart!

Healthy eating habits are essential for maintaining bodily function and living a disease-free life. To maintain the best possible lifestyle, it is important to start with a healthier diet. Although starting a new healthy diet is easy, sticking to it can be difficult. The hardest part of the process may be breaking unhealthy habits.

A good way to start eating healthier is to go through your cupboards and refrigerator and toss / give away all the UN healthy foods you can find. Stick with your new mindset so you’re not tempted to snack during the day. When you’re hungry during the day, try a healthy snack like carrot sticks, yogurt, fresh fruit, or whole grain crackers. These do not contain calories nor are they heavy on the stomach.

When you start your weight loss program, a big step to eating healthier is
learn about the healthiest foods for you and how they work in your body. Most everyone understands that fruits, vegetables, and dairy are the best foods for the body, but not many understand why. This is where educating yourself comes in. When you understand how specific nutrients work in the body, you will be more likely to make healthy choices. Knowledge is really power!

When preparing to start a new diet or exercise regimen, you should always consult with your doctor. Also, you need to take into account your schedule. Plan meals in advance. For example, pack your lunch the night before you go to work, top it off with a healthy wrap and some fresh veggies instead of stopping at McDonalds. Every Sunday night, make a menu for the following week and stick to it. You’ll look and feel better before you know it.

Start your new program slowly. Take baby steps. You can start by replacing a soda with a glass of water a day. Another change could be, instead of stopping at McDonalds or Burger King for lunch, bring a salad or a tuna sandwich. Starting a healthy diet does not mean that you have to stop eating tasty foods. It just means that you have to start eating DIFFERENT tasty foods and change your habits … a little.

Imagining a camera shy black hole

Supermassive black holes they are greedy gravitational monsters weighing millions to billions of times the mass of our Sun. In fact, astronomers now offer that perhaps all the large galaxies in the observable Universe harbor one of these strange objects in their secret dark heart, and our Barred Spiral Milky Way itself is no exception. Our galaxy is haunted by its own dark-hungry heart, shrouded in a cloak of mystery, and has managed to keep its countless secrets well hidden from the prying eyes of curious astronomers. But despite their enormous mass and large numbers, supermassive black holes are notoriously camera-shy and have managed to escape being photographed.up to now. On April 10, 2019, the Event Horizon Telescope (EHT) revealed the first historical image of a supermassive black hole event horizon, which is the region beyond which not even light can escape the mighty and ruthless gravitational grip of the voracious dark beast. Although the existence of black holes has been theorized for more than two centuries, it was generally thought that it was impossible to observe them directly. Tea EHT is an international collaboration whose support in the US includes the National Science Foundation (NSF).

The recently revealed supermassive black hole weighs 6.5 trillion times the mass of our Sun. In contrast, the dark heart of our own galaxy is relatively light, at least by supermassive black hole standards, and weighs on the mother. millions (Opposite to trillion) times the solar mass. Our Milky Way’s resident gravitational beast has been named Sagittarius A * (pronounced Sagittarius – A-Star ), and is now a calm, elderly gravitational beast, only occasionally awakening from its peaceful slumber to nibble on a doomed wandering star or unfortunate gas cloud that has managed to travel too close to its jaws. When the Universe, our Galaxy and Sagittarius A * They were young, our resident beast glared at her quasar (the accretion disk surrounding a black hole), while he hungrily and carelessly dined on anything that managed to travel too close to where he was waiting. The ill-fated feast swirled down, down, into the waiting gravitational clutches of the then-young black hole, tumbling toward its inevitable doom from the surrounding dazzling accretion disk. Sagittarius A * he is considered to be asleep now, but from time to time he wakes up to dinner with the same greed as once, long ago, when he was a brilliant quasar illuminating the ancient Universe during its brand new youth. Sagittarius A * He is old and quiet now, but can still remember.

The camera-shy black hole, whose photo was taken recently, is located in the elliptical galaxy. Messier 87 (M87). An earlier image obtained from NASA Spitzer space telescope show everything M87 galaxy in infrared light. In contrast, the EHT The image was based on radio wavelengths to reveal the black hole’s secret shadow against a backdrop of high-energy material swirling around it.

The nature of the gravitational beast

Black holes come in different sizes. Some are of the supermassive type, residing in the center of galaxies, while those of “only” stellar mass they are much smaller. FOR stellar mass The black hole is born when a very massive star shatters in a supernova conflagration, thus ending its life as a Main sequence (burning hydrogen) star in the Hertzsprung-Russell diagram of stellar evolution There’s also intermediate mass black holes which are much heavier than their stellar mass brethren, but much less massive than their supermassive relatives. The gravitational collapse of a very massive star is a natural process. It is inevitable that when a heavy star reaches the end of that long stellar path, meaning that all of its energy sources have been exhausted, it will collapse under the ruthless crush of its own powerful gravity. This catastrophic event is heralded by the bright and glowing Grand finale of a supernova explosion. The most massive stars in the Universe die this way, eventually collapsing into a stellar-mass black hole.

Intermediate mass objects weigh hundreds of solar masses. Some astronomers have proposed that intermediate mass black holes collided and merged in the ancient Universe, thus creating the enormous supermassive variety that lurks at the hearts of galaxies.

Our Milky Way Sagittarius A * has much smaller company. Theoretical studies suggest that a large population of stellar-mass black holes, perhaps as many as 20,000, could be dancing around the resident dark heart of our own galaxy. A 2018 study, using data collected by NASA Chandra X-ray Observatory, indicates the existence of such a group of fascinating stellar-mass black holes in the heart of our Milky Way.

Despite their name, black holes are not just empty spaces. Squeeze enough matter into a small enough area and a black hole will always be born. However, black holes are really simple objects. A black hole of any mass has only three properties: electric charge, mass, and spin (angular momentum).

Many astronomers think that supermassive black holes already existed when the Universe was very young. During that ancient time, clouds of gas and unfortunate stars swirled into the fatal gravitational embrace of the black hole, never to return from the churning maelstrom that surrounded this voracious entity. As the captured material swirled toward its doom, it created a bright, violent storm of dazzling material around the black hole: the accretion disk (quasar). As the material got hotter and hotter, it released a violent radiation storm, particularly as it approached the event horizon–The point of no return.

In the 18th century, John Michell and Pierre-Simon Laplace considered the possibility that there Really be strange black holes in the Universe. In 1915, Albert Einstein, in his Theory of general relativity (1915) predicted the existence of objects with such strong gravitational fields that anything unlucky enough to travel too close to the hungry beast would be consumed. However, the idea that such strange objects could actually exist in the Cosmos seemed so outlandish at the time that Einstein rejected the idea, although his own calculations suggested otherwise.

In 1916, the physicist Karl Schwarzschild formulated the first modern solution to the Theory of general relativity describing a black hole. However, its interpretation as a region of space from which absolutely nothing could escape, as a result of the object’s powerful gravitational grip, was not properly understood until almost 50 years later. Until that time, black holes were thought to be mere mathematical oddities. It was not until the middle of the 20th century that theoretical work showed that these strange objects are a generic prediction of General relativity.

The dark heart of M87

Astronomers have been observing M87 for more than a century, and has been photographed by numerous NASA observatories, including the Hubble Space Telescope, the Chandra X-ray Observatory, and NuSTAR. In 1918, the American astronomer Heber Curtis (1872-1942) was the first to detect “a curious straight ray” extending from the center of the galaxy. This dazzling jet of high-energy material formed a rapidly spinning disk surrounding the black hole, which could be observed in multiple wavelengths of light, from radio waves to X-rays. interstellar medium, formed a shock wave that radiated in the infrared and radio wavelengths of the electromagnetic spectrum, but not in visible light. The Spitzer images show a shock wave that is more prominent than the plane itself.

The brightest jet is located to the right of the center of the galaxy and travels almost directly toward Earth. The glow of the jet is intensified both by its high speed in our direction and by its “relativistic effects” that arise because the jet is traveling at a speed close to the speed of light. The jet’s trajectory is slightly out of our line of sight with respect to the galaxy. This means that astronomers can observe part of the jet’s length. The shock wave begins around the point where the jet appears to curve downward, highlighting regions where fast-moving particles collide with gas in the galaxy and thus slow it down.

In contrast, the second jet is moving away from Earth so rapidly that relativistic effects make it invisible at all wavelengths of the electromagnetic spectrum. However, the shock wave it creates in the interstellar medium can be observed from here.

The shock wave is located on the left side of M87 center, and looks like an inverted letter “C”. Although it cannot be seen in optical images, the lobe can be seen in radio waves, as seen in an image obtained from the Very Large Array of the National Radio Astronomy Observatory.

By combining observations obtained in infrared, radio waves, visible light, X-rays, and extremely energetic gamma rays, astronomers can study the physics of these powerful jets. Astronomers are still trying to get a solid theoretical understanding of how gas consumed by black holes forms jets that come out.

Infrared light at wavelengths of 3.6 and 4.5 microns is represented in blue and green in the revealing image of the dark shy heart from the camera. M87– thus revealing the distribution of stars. The powder features that glow at 8.0 microns are shown in red in the image. The image was obtained during From Spitzer “cold” initial mission.

Tea Event horizon telescope, which captured the historical image of a black hole, is a planetary-scale array made up of eight ground-based radio telescopes that were designed to image a camera-shy black hole. EHT Project Director Dr. Sheperd S. Doelman of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics (CfA), annotated on an April 10, 2019 EHT press release that “We have taken the first photograph of a black hole. This is an extraordinary scientific feat accomplished by a team of more than 200 researchers.”

This historic scientific breakthrough was announced in a series of six articles published on April 10, 2019 in a special issue of The Astrophysics Journal Letters.

Dr. Doelman went on to comment that “We have accomplished something that was presumed impossible just a generation ago. Advances in technology, connections between the world’s best radio observatories, and innovative algorithms came together to open a whole new window on holes. blacks and the event horizon “.
