You can go for a bike ride with your husband. You can dance or do nonsense with your family. Anything you find fun that gets your heart rate up (even just a little), try incorporating it into your day. Little efforts like this can get you into the next weekly group and can also make your body look more toned and lean. This, in turn, will make you see results and changes in your body much faster.
