fast fat loss program

There are many diet and weight loss programs. Most programs work for only one month and you gain your weight back the next month. If you want to know an effective diet program for faster and permanent fat loss for your body, read the following:

low fat meals

Low-fat foods have been popular for many years. However, these foods are often not low in calories. Many people fill up on fat-free or reduced-fat cookies and desserts. By eating less fat, they can consume more processed sugars and carbohydrates, which are high in calories and can be converted to stored fat in the body. Consequently, the overweight population continues to increase despite a high consumption of low-fat foods. This indicates that a low-fat diet program is not really the answer to losing weight.

low calorie diets

Many people think that a quick way to lose weight is to reduce the calories consumed each day. Most of your weight lost while on a low-calorie diet is just water weight and not fat loss. Once they stop dieting and eat normally again, they will probably regain their weight.

low carb plans

Our body needs carbohydrates for energy. Without enough carbohydrates, we will feel weak and tired all day. Most low-carb plans have a strict restriction on carbohydrate intake for the first 2 weeks. Since low carbohydrates are very difficult for us to tolerate, these plans only lead to short-term weight loss.

Effective diet program for fast fat loss

1. There is a new diet program that focuses on faster weight loss (9 pounds in 11 days) without starving yourself. It is not a low-carb or low-fat diet. It shows you a way of dieting that is different from what you have seen or experienced. The technique used in this program is called calorie shifting. Simply speaking, you will be given different types of calories each day. In this way, you confuse your metabolism and force it to start burning fat faster.

2. It is an internet based diet program that generates an 11 day diet menu based on your favorite food selections in its Diet Menu Generator. You can have 7 to 15 foods each from 2 food lists (Protein and Fruits/Vegetables) for your meals, and you can eat them until you are almost full. By doing so, you will have the exact types of foods together and the right calories/carbs for each meal. This will maximize your weight loss. The 11-day period is followed by a 3-day “vacation” from the diet before the next 11-day diet period begins.

3. Helps you lose up to 9 pounds in 11 days. After that, you can repeat the 11-day process by creating a new diet menu until you have reached your desired weight goal. By simply following your eating plan generated by the Diet Menu Generator and the 10 rules covered in the Diet Manual, you won’t feel like you’re on a diet and will lose weight more permanently.

The Alternative Cellular Energy (ACE) Pathway – Its Role in Complementary Alternative Medicine (CAM)

Studies of the body’s defense mechanism against stealth-adapted viruses have provided important insights into a fundamental mechanism by which the body acquires energy for cellular functions. The mechanism is known as the third pathway or alternative cellular energy (ACE) pathway. Photosynthesis is considered to be Nature’s first cellular energy pathway and food metabolism as the second.

The energy used by the ACE pathway is derived from an environmental force term KELEA (Kinetic Energy Limiting Electrostatic Attraction). It probably corresponds to what Nikola Tesla described as a radiating or driving force. The fundamental role of kinetic energy may be to prevent the fusion and annihilation of opposite electrical charges. KELEA can act on fluids and other materials, causing a loosening of hydrogen bonds. KELEA Activated Water shows an increase in molecular kinetic activity measurable as increased volatility. Furthermore, electrical charges separated in sufficiently activated water can directly absorb KELEA from the environment, leading to further activation of the water and nearby or added water.

Although initially identified as a non-immunological defense against stealth-adapted viruses, the ACE pathway has a much broader significance in biology. Primarily, the ACE pathway is a complement to cellular energy derived from oxidative phosphorylation of food. The typical average daily food consumption produces about 2,000 calories. For a 75-kilogram individual to maintain a body temperature 20°C above ambient, 1,500 calories a day are required. (The body returns to room temperature within 24 hours of death.) This would leave insufficient energy from food metabolism for the various cellular functions of the brain, heart, muscles, and other organs. In other words, humans and presumably other living creatures depend on an additional source of non-food cellular energy.

Various materials can absorb KELEA and transfer it to nearby water. A striking feature of many of these materials is their dipolar or multipolar electrical property. The separate electrical charges are supposed to attract KELEA, which can then break free of some of these compounds, possibly in an oscillatory fashion. This consideration led to the intriguing possibility that fluctuating electrical activity in the brain and muscles may serve as an antenna to carry KELEA into the body. Support for this hypothesis was obtained by demonstrating a water activation effect by participants in a laughter yoga class.

The brain’s role as an antenna for KELEA is presumably subject to both positive and negative influences. The latter are likely to include emotional stress. For certain people, cell phone use or simply being under the influence of excessive electromagnetism can negatively affect their brain’s proposed antenna function. Several lines of evidence are consistent with certain generalizations regarding the beneficial aspects of electrical activity in the brain. These include I) a preference for the alpha wave and even more so for gamma brain waves, rather than beta brain waves. ii) Large-amplitude brain waves, which are indicative of a higher membrane potential with less risk of unwarranted depolarization. iii) An overall lower level of activity, which allows the brain to more easily constrain its attention to allow for clarity of thought, optimism, and self-esteem. iv) greater emphasis on parasympathetic versus sympathetic stimulation. These generalizations are consistent with the widely touted benefits of positive thinking and mindful meditation.

The body can produce KELEA by drawing materials away from the brain. They are called “ACE pigments” and can develop as a result of infections with stealth-adapted viruses and others. ACE pigments are electrostatic, occasionally magnetic, and can fluoresce, especially in the presence of certain dyes, including the neutral red dye. Testing for ACE pigments in dried perspiration, saliva, and urine can provide a means of evaluating the ACE pathway. Therefore, its presence can be used as an indication of insufficient cellular energy.

As reasoned elsewhere, effective homeopathy is likely to be a misnomer for the administration of KELEA activated water. The water is activated with herbal tinctures, which presumably act as absorbing and transmitting compounds for KELEA. The compounds are largely eliminated by progressive dilutions of homeopathic formulations. Useful mineral-rich materials for activating water include humic/fulvic acids, zeolites, volcanic rocks, shungite (a product of Russia), mica, and anhydrous magnesium oxide. The activator material can be removed once the water is activated, by various means, including distilling the water or using zero residue filtration. In fact, some dipolar compounds can work without direct contact with water and simply need to be placed near water to activate.

Broad-based health benefits have been attributed to various food products. A good example is the leaves of the moringa oleifera tree. Although generally explained by its rich source of nutrients, the main mode of action of moringa oleifera Leaves are likely from water activation. The term enerceutical™ was introduced to describe foods capable of supplying cellular energy beyond their caloric or micronutrient content. The author’s research has also placed Ashitaba plants, cocoa powder and chaga mushroom extract in the enerceuticals™ group that activates water.

Evolving clinical data supports the value of consuming activated water in various medical conditions. Formal, rigorously controlled studies in patients with many clinical diseases are now warranted. These diseases are broadly classified as follows:

1. Inadequate oxygen supply as in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

2. Impairment of blood supply as in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

3. Inefficiency of cellular metabolism as, for example, in diabetes.

4. Increased energy demands as in infections and wound healing.

5. Deficiency in higher level brain functions that are not fully supported by metabolic energy derived from food.

An interesting possibility in the latter category is that consuming activated water may increase the brain’s ability to act as its own antenna for KELEA, in a positive feedback mechanism. Increasingly, psychiatric patients are being identified as refractory to whatever reasoned talk therapy or psychotropic medications are available. They may respond better to these modes of therapy if they consume KELEA Activated Water or Enerceutical™ Foods.

An understanding of the ACE pathway may also challenge the assumed mode of action of various alternative therapies. For example, although EDTA-based chelation therapy is generally assumed to work by removing toxic metals, it is possible that it simply supplies activated water. Electroacupuncture has similarities to using electrical stimulation to activate water in the laboratory. Mind-body medicine and meditation, which primarily serve to limit distracting thought processes, may actually be a means of improving the brain’s KELEA antenna function. These and related topics are covered in the book: Stealth Adapted Viruses; Alternative Cellular Energy (ACE) and KELEA Activated Water.”

Effective Strategies for Your Muscle-Building Diet and Training

What muscle building diet helps in the bodybuilding machine that is your body? Yes, your body is like a machine that constantly reinvents itself. Every minute that passes during your daily activity, your body breaks down your tissues and then replaces them with new tissues. This mechanism is fueled by the combination of the foods you eat. What happens when you’re building muscle? Your muscle building workouts actually result in muscle breakdown and muscle build up. His exercises make this process faster than it would be under normal circumstances. When you’re building muscle, a protein absorption mechanism takes place. What makes it more effective for building muscle is when you end up with more muscle than you started with. How do you make your muscle building training and diet effective?

For starters, you need to consider your muscle building diet. Eat more protein than you normally do. Protein, as an anabolic component, would like to be stored in your muscles. Combine your muscle-building diet with a complementary exercise routine to build muscle. Your exercises should be able to stress your muscles so that they get stronger and bigger. Therefore, the powerful combination of effective muscle building is a high quality protein super diet coupled with a massive strength training exercise routine. This process is what you are looking for when looking for the oldest and best non-pharmaceutical technique for building muscle.

How much protein should you eat to build muscle?

During the first 20 days of strength training, muscle size increases by 0.2% each day. This figure is above the normal rate of growth of muscle mass. If you’re just starting out on your program, you’re basically going to need a higher amount of protein in your diet than a muscle builder who’s been training for years. As a beginner, you need to be more concerned about getting more protein in your muscle building diet.

How much protein do you need exactly? That’s 0.73 grams per pound of your body weight in a day. So if you weigh 180 pounds, your protein needs amount to 130 grams per day.

How often do you need to eat protein?

Protein synthesis, the process of taking protein from food and turning it into muscle, takes place when your body has consumed 20 to 25 grams of high-quality protein. The more protein you eat, the better protein synthesis works. You need to supply more protein in your muscle building diet. Four hours after your workout, protein synthesis peaks. In this case, you should eat protein immediately before and after your strength training.

Protein supplements also make a difference. Taking protein supplements makes you gain an additional 2 pounds of muscle in a 12-week period. In fact, experienced muscle builders take protein supplements before and after training to achieve maximum results from strength training. Eat a protein-rich meal 2-3 hours before training and another of the same meal 1-2 hours after you exercise.

Build stronger, bigger muscles faster by combining effective techniques in strength training and your muscle building diet.

PowerBuilding Microcycle

MicroCycle PowerBuilding is a technique that combines the training benefits of traditional weightlifting, bodybuilding, periodization and cycle training techniques. You get higher profits at a faster rate than any of the other systems alone.

A ‘Microcycle’ is simply a condensed training cycle, typically lasting 2-4 weeks. Within this time frame, you train each body part 3-6 times. As with most cyclical workouts, MicroCycle workouts start with light weights and build up each workout to max weights at the end. Then repeat the MicroCycle, increasing the weights on all exercises. A series of microcycles is called macrocycle.

Unlike traditional weightlifting or cyclic training, MicroCycle PowerBuilding has you train to failure (or nearly so) every workout. At the start of each microcycle, train with higher volume (sets, reps, exercises and frequency) on lighter ‘isolate’ type exercises, similar to traditional strength training. Intensity, defined as the amount of weight being handled, is low, though the reps and volume of work make the workouts incredibly demanding.

As you go through a microcycle, you reduce sets, reps, and exercises per body part while using harder, heavier exercises. You also increase the rest between sets and training days. Basically, you’re doing workouts from the recovery, mass, and strength phases of a periodization-type system, one after the other, and all condensed into just 2-4 weeks.

The last workout of a MicroCycle should generally be just 1 set of squat, bench, deadlift work for 2-4 reps, with a couple of days off before and after that workout. Then go back to the high-volume, high-rep stuff.

Just like a traditional powerlifting cycle, with MicroCycle PowerBuilding you can map out a 3-4 month plan (MacroCycle) to achieve record lifts on the day of a competition. While you will train ‘hard’ in every workout for the entire 3-4 months, burnout is avoided because high intensity workouts (max load, low reps) occur only once every 2-4 weeks.

With Microcycle Powerbuilding, your training is more pleasant and successful at all times. And you will even look better on the day of the contest.

What is all the fuss about the raw food diet?

What is raw food?

A healthy raw food diet is made up of whole foods in their natural state, such as:

  • fruit (sweet, fatty, or starchy)
  • vegetables
  • Nuts and seeds
  • vegetables (usually sprouted)
  • grains (usually sprouted)
  • sea vegetables
  • raw condiments
  • edible algae (spirulina and nori)

As with most things in life (especially diet), there are various views on the best approach to eating a raw food diet. It’s purely individualistic and the only way to determine the best approach for you is to do some research and try different eating styles. Many people get caught up in the confusion and online politics surrounding the best approach to eating and thriving on a raw food diet and then never get started. Don’t let politics or lack of direction get in the way of experiencing extraordinary health through simple nutrition.

Popular Types of Raw Food Diets

Low GI Raw Food Diet: Or also known as the low sugar fruit diet. A person following this diet would avoid sweet fruits as much as possible, while eating tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, bell peppers, lemons, and limes. Their main nutritional focus is on vegetables, sprouted grains, sea vegetables, nuts, seeds, and avocados. This is often seen as a ‘gourmet’ approach to raw food.

Diet rich in sweet fruits: People who eat a diet rich in fruits try to get most of their daily calorie intake from sweet fruits, such as pineapples, bananas, mangoes, dates, oranges, melons, apples, and stone fruits. Their diet often includes green leafy vegetables, starchy vegetables, and sometimes small amounts of nuts and seeds.

80/20: that is, 80% raw and 20% cooked. This is often referred to as a high-raw food diet in which people eat raw foods (mainly fruits and vegetables) during the day and then eat low-fat cooked vegetables and legumes at night.

Smoothies, and green smoothies in particular, have been the new buzzword in mainstream health circles of late. Blending and juicing is the easiest way to ensure maximum nutrition for ourselves and our families. Simply adding a fresh green juice or raw vegan smoothie to your diet every day can have a big impact on your health.

It’s now much easier to find a fresh juice bar and smoothie in your local area than ever before, so next time you’re out and about, instead of grabbing coffee, grab a fresh juice or green smoothie and feel your cells come to life.

Can anyone really lose fat in a week?

Many people want to lose weight and do it now. Maybe it’s for a wedding or high school reunion, or possibly it’s because they ate too much sugar over the winter and now they want to go to the beach and not look like a sausage in two pieces.

When time is up, we look for a quick way to shed the weight so we can look great. But is it really feasible to lose weight in just one week, and if so, is it safe? Well, it all depends on how you try to lose it.

Introduction to a cleansing juice

A juice cleanse is a powerful way to lose extra pounds. However, unlike other ways you might have tried before, the juice cleanse has many benefits that are an important icing on an already sweet cake.

An amazing benefit of a juice cleanse is that by consuming only freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, you are giving your body a much-needed break from digestion. Have you ever thought about how much energy it takes to digest all your food? You would be surprised. That is why on a juicing diet, people may notice that the body’s energy skyrockets. The energy you normally use for digestion can now be used for other things, like detoxifying all of your cells, healing other diseased organs, and getting rid of dangerous inflammation. You can’t get these benefits on an Atkins diet, I assure you.

How much weight can you honestly lose with a DetoxCleanse juice?

To answer this question, we have to decide how long of a juice fast we are talking about. A person can do a 1-day juice diet, a 3-day diet, a 5-day diet, a 10-day diet, and even a 30-day juice diet. Obviously, the duration of the cleanse will determine how much weight loss can be achieved.

Let’s take a look at a 10-day juice fast, since that’s the perfect time frame. I mean, most people, even newbies to the juice cleanse, are willing to do a 10-day fast, and 10 days is also the perfect amount of time to really see and feel all the amazing benefits.

With a 10-day juice cleanse, your body will lose weight in 3 different ways: water, waste, and fat. Less than 10 days and your body will lose weight primarily from loss of water and waste.

spilling water

Many men and women scoff at water loss as significant because they assume it’s not as good as fat loss. But let me tell you from my own experience: Much of what makes a person fat isn’t fat, it’s bloated, pure and simple. You’d be surprised how different you look and how much better your clothes fit just by losing 5 pounds of water weight.

bowel movement

A person would be surprised how the human body gets rid of old waste. Many days will pass without a person eating any solid food, but the body will continue to get rid of solid waste. This weight loss will not only flatten the stomach, but it will also release the toxins that will make a person healthier.

Loss of fat

Fat loss will really start around days 7-10. At this point, your body will need to draw on stored energy to fuel itself. Of course, a person will also have a lot of new energy, so physical activity will be easier. The more you move, the more you will burn.

It’s safe and fair to say that during a 10-day diet, a man or woman can expect to lose between 8 and 12 pounds, give or take. Okay, you got my point, 10 days is actually more than a 7 day week, but I think those extra 3 days are worth it!

Does artichoke really help you lose weight?

There have been many fads in weight loss methods, from the Atkins diet to Fen-phen and everything in between. Some of them seem to live up to expectations and some don’t. A newer and more fashionable weight management aid is Artichoke supplements. This trend started in Mexico and is now becoming more and more popular in the United States. But the real question is, “Does Artichoke really help you lose weight?”

Artichoke supplements are primarily based on artichoke extract. How exactly does artichoke extract from artichoke help you lose weight? The main way Alcachofa products help you lose weight is by helping the body get rid of excess water. For various reasons, the human body retains water and therefore makes us feel and look bloated. This also gives us extra water weight. The artichoke is a natural diuretic, so by taking Artichoke, the excess water in our body is eliminated. Without so much extra water in our bodies, we lose inches because our bodies are less bloated and we lose pounds because we no longer carry the weight of all that water.

Now, losing inches and pounds is a great thing, but what most of us are interested in is losing fat too, not just water. The basic premise for losing fat is to burn more calories than we eat. Even if we lose as much water weight and size as we can, our bodies can still gain body fat if we end up eating more calories than we can burn. So, in terms of fat loss, Artichoke supplements that only contain Artichoke extract as the active ingredient for weight loss are insufficient. They will help with water weight, but not fat loss. Artichoke supplements work best when combined with other ingredients that actually help you lose fat. Two other naturally occurring plant extracts that can help with this are African mango and bitter orange.

As mentioned in the previous paragraph, in order to lose fat, we must burn more calories than we eat. And for many of us, that is a difficult feat! Unlike artichoke extract which deals with water weight, African mango extract actually supports fat loss. African Mango Extract helps increase the body’s metabolism by increasing the energy used by the body. This means that your body will burn more calories than normal if you consume African mango extract. And in addition to helping you burn more calories, African mango extract also helps curb your appetite, so you eat fewer calories than normal. This makes African mango extract an excellent weight loss aid because you end up burning more calories than normal and eating fewer calories than usual.

Another natural plant extract that can help with fat loss is bitter orange extract. Bitter orange extract, like African mango extract, also helps suppress your appetite to help you consume fewer calories. But unlike artichoke extract that helps you lose water weight and African mango extract that increases the number of calories your body burns, bitter orange extract not only helps you eat less, it actually helps break down body fat directly. One important thing to note with bitter orange extract is that it contains stimulants, so you should only consume it earlier in the day so it doesn’t interfere with your sleep.

In conclusion, the artichoke itself is an effective method for losing water weight and size, but it is ineffective for fat loss. Other natural weight loss active ingredients that are more effective for fat loss are African mango and bitter orange. So an effective combination to lose inches and pounds faster is to combine Artichoke, African Mango and Bitter Orange to target weight loss in all directions: remove excess water, reduce appetite, burn more calories and burn fat.

acupuncture for longevity

Linda Yamamoto is an 84-year-old Japanese-American woman who has received acupuncture from the Boston Acupuncture Clinic for the past 9 years. She stayed home until her youngest child went to high school. She then started working for the government as an accountant. She has been very social, active and happy. She donated money to a foundation to help Asian college students in need. She doesn’t travel much, which gives her time to participate in many types of social activities in the Boston area. Her husband drives her. She gets upset when her husband forgets to pick her up and rarely complains about her.

Good genes do not guarantee good health

Linda has inherited good genes from her mother, who lived to age 98 without any health insurance. But these good genes don’t protect Linda from getting sick. She developed a hypothyroid condition when she turned 40 after giving birth to her third child. She started taking Synthroid for her thyroid condition. After a few years on thyroid medication, she developed atrial fibrillation (AF). She then took a β-blocker and two other medications for her heart condition. Her heartbeat slowed down with the medication, but never returned to normal.

HRT (hormone replacement therapy) treatment brought dreams to many postmenopausal women. They thought that they could regain their youth by taking this magic pill. Linda tried it at the age of 68 only to see her period return a year later. She thought that was unnatural and she stopped the hormone pill right away. Her good genes could not protect her in modern society. Linda developed breast cancer at the age of 70 after taking hormonal supplements for a year. She underwent surgery and radiation therapy, but she did not take tamoxifen to block her estrogen receptors, so she retained her muscle strength.

At the age of 80, she stopped working for the government because she realized the stress was too much for her. She spent more time at social events. She always sleeps eight hours no matter what time she goes to bed. When she went to bed after midnight, her heartbeat became irregular and her digestion became poor. For some time, she attended many late-night social events and ate dinner after 7 p.m. During that time, her heartbeat was irregular even though she was taking three medications for her condition. . I recommended that she stop drinking coffee, eat dinner before 7 pm and go to bed before midnight.

Back on track with a healthy and disciplined routine

Linda gradually changed her clothes. The condition of the heart and digestion have been improving during the last few years. She went to her cardiologist for her routine check-ups and eventually stopped taking all of her heart medications at the age of 87. Linda keeps coming to see me for acupuncture facial rejuvenation. Her heartbeat is around 55-65 without any heart medication. Also, since she stopped her medication, the coldness in her hands and feet has decreased, and they don’t turn extremely pale during the winter.

With his heart condition improving, he began to train personally at a gym to tone his muscles. When she started lifting weights three times a week, she started having pain in her knee and hip. But because he eats healthy, he didn’t have any systemic inflammation and his muscle aches were relieved with just one or two acupuncture treatments. With acupuncture and exercises, his joint pain and Raynaud’s syndrome no longer bother him. His face looks like that of a 50-year-old woman; she still has a sharp memory and never forgets to pay her bills on time. She still cooks, cleans and lives in her own house.

In 2016, Linda fell in the bathtub and fractured her thoracic vertebrae and shrunk several inches. She made me very sad that she was never able to continue her facial rejuvenation with acupuncture. Because Linda has been exercising all her life, she was able to recover from the bad fall in 2 months. She came back for her routine acupuncture 3 months after her fall and she told me that she has developed more wrinkles on one side of her face. When we met in the waiting room, she told me that she would like her to use acupuncture to reduce those wrinkles. Some of my patients, who were in the waiting room, were so impressed with her facial skin and her muscle tone. They thought that she looked 60 years old when the reality was that she was 93 years old.

The benefits of physical therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder

In 2016, it is estimated that 1 in 45 children will be diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Children with ASDs may experience delays not only in social skills, but also in basic life skills necessary to successfully participate in their daily lives. Early intervention helps prepare these children to become successful adults, but it also helps prevent pain from physical ailments in the future. This is where physiotherapy comes in.

Areas Directorate of Physiotherapy for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • gross motor skills – Sometimes children with ASD need help learning to use their large muscles to sit, stand, walk, run, etc.
  • Balance/coordination skills – Balance and coordination involve the brain, bones, and muscles in a coordinated effort for smooth movement that can be difficult for some children with ASD.
  • Strengthening – Children with ASDs may lack muscle tone (up to 51% may have hypotonia), so it is necessary to help them build muscles for support and endurance.
  • Functional Mobility/Motor Planning – This piece of the puzzle is necessary for children with ASD to become successful adults. Improving the skills necessary to move through space, day to day, is important for children with ASD with independence and efficiency.

How Physical Therapy Can Help Children With Autism Spectrum Disorder

  1. Treadmill: Used with older children, standing and walking on a treadmill surface with a slight incline to provide some resistance can help create the necessary proprioceptive and vestibular input for children with ASD.
  2. Adaptive and trapeze swings: More than just a play activity, swinging on a trapeze swing is beneficial for children with ASD because it helps them develop the core strength needed to help with coordination and balance while also increasing sensory integration.
  3. Stationary bicycle: Another helpful tool for older children, a stationary bike will help build muscle tone and increase coordination when performing large body movements (eg, pedaling a bike).
  4. balance training: Children diagnosed with ASD may have problems with balance and posture. Exercises like walking on a balance beam or balancing on therapy balls can help develop the balance needed for daily activities.
  5. home therapy programs: Physical therapists can create and recommend activities for parents to do with their children to increase their skill level in coordination, balance, and strength while keeping the family fun.

Physical therapists help children with autism spectrum disorder gain confidence in the skills they need to participate in their daily activities. In addition, physical therapy prepares them to have the tools they will need in the future to navigate different environments and perform challenging tasks in the community as adults.
