What do shy women fantasize about? 3 common sexual fantasies for calm women

Do shy women fantasize about sex? If so… HOW so? How do reserved, quiet or aloof women express themselves backstage when the bedroom doors are closed? Does a woman’s personality reflect how she will be in bed? For example…does a very outgoing, assertive and aggressive personality translate to a woman who is more likely to be like that behind the sheets?

Do any of these questions sound familiar to you? If you’re like the vast majority of men who aren’t sure what a woman’s personality really has to do with her sexual temperament, the good news is that you’re NOT alone! Many women struggle to compartmentalize the different areas of our passionate personalities and what is true in one area of life may NOT reflect as much about another.

With that in mind, let’s take a look at 3 very common sexual fantasies that many quiet, shy, or even bookish women admit when asked.

1 – Sexual Power Fantasies

Many quiet or more reserved women on a day-to-day basis admit to having powerful fantasies of “dominance” or control where THEY rule. Of course, this shouldn’t come as much of a surprise, as what’s missing in one area of their lives…can be made up for when the lights go out and they can regain a sense of control over people. around them (especially if that shyness translates into feeling powerless in real life!)

2 – MORE sexual submission!

Believe it or not, many shy women also fantasize about being dominated in bed! So someone who feels quiet and reserved and is “made ridiculous” by the world in “real” life, ALSO gets turned on by perpetuating those roles in bed! Long story short, a lot of women are comfortable being quiet…and actually find that playing a very shy and submissive role is HUGE too!

3 – Spicy Conversation/Communication Overdose

Another interesting sexual fantasy shared by many women, both shy and outgoing, is a LOT of talking during sex. But where it is expected of women who like to talk in real life, often a very shy, unassuming or even introverted woman will become HYPER talkative in bed, often using words that would make the average sailor blush :- )

And of course there are also many more fetishes and fantasies. What have you experienced? Do you think shy women turn you on more… and why? Do you think a shy girl who goes WILD in bed is more exciting than average? The truth is that sex is such a complicated, creative, and FUN subject of study, and fantasies… especially for women, are my favorite subject to explore!

Bullmastiff Puppies And Dogs Information

The Bullmastiff is a large, powerful dog that excels at guard and guard dog duties. Just seeing one of these dogs should put anyone in bad shape. They may live in an apartment because they can be quite lazy and laid back. They are easily trained, need to be socialized with other pets, and do well with older children.

good with children?

Will generally tolerate children. May tends to knock over little kids like a clumsy puppy. As a reminder, she will never leave young children unattended with a puppy or dog.

Good with other pets?

They need to be socialized with other pets early on.

Temper

Docile but fearless. She is a dependent family protector.

Trainability

He is sensitive to tones of voice, intelligent, and does well in training.

Approximate adult size

The approximate adult size (two years and older) of the male bullmastiff is 25 to 27 inches at the withers (highest point of the shoulder) and 110 to 130 pounds. The female ranges between 24 and 26 inches at the withers and between 100 and 120 pounds.

Special health considerations

Most dog breeds have certain inherited health problems associated with that specific breed and the Bullmastiff is no exception. Watch for canine hip dysplasia (genetic-based looseness in the hip joint that can lead to arthritic pain and lameness), gastric torsion, bloat (gastric dilatation: volvulus, the second leading cause of death in dogs, can cause death within an hour, this space is too limited for a full explanation, but you should read about it). Feeding more than once a day and avoiding exercise right after meals can help protect against bloating. Also look for cancer, eyelid problems, and possibly hypothyroidism (sluggish thyroid gland that can lead to weight gain). This list of diseases is an informational guide only. Other diseases can also be significant threats, contact your veterinarian for a complete list.

You should visit the vet several times during the first year for shots, boosters, and checkups. Then, as an adult, he should visit the vet annually for shots and checkups. As he grows older, from the age of six, he should visit the vet twice a year for checkups and vaccinations. Remember; Avoid giving your dog candy.

Cleanliness

The Bullmastiff has a short, dense and somewhat harsh coat, ideal for protection against the elements. She shed little, but should be brushed regularly to help her maintain a clean, healthy coat and help you keep a closer eye on her health and strengthen your emotional bond with her.

Their teeth should be brushed at least twice a week with toothpaste and a toothbrush designed for dogs. Brushing removes plaque and tartar buildup that can cause tooth decay (rarely) and periodontal disease. Dog periodontal disease can lead to pain, tooth loss, bad breath, and other serious illnesses.

Your toenails may need to be checked for growth and cut regularly. Back toenails grow more slowly than front toenails. Generally, a guillotine-style trimmer is best for this task, and competent instructions for accomplishing this can be found online.

Life expectancy

It was developed in England to ward off poachers. The Bullmastiff can live between 6 and 10 years with proper nutrition, medical care and excellent living conditions.

History

The Bullmastiff is a cross between a Mastiff and a Bulldog. They were developed in England around 1924 to help protect against poachers. They were trained to find and hold poachers, not kill them. They were first registered by the American Kennel Association in 1934.

The power of "non-linkable debt" to a real estate investor

Isn’t it great that there are so many ways to get financing for real estate investment projects today? That’s important since sellers want to get paid for their houses when they sell them… right? Now, just because there are what seems like endless sources of funds doesn’t mean those funds are easy to get… or when you can get them… they’re easy to pay for. The borrower is required, in many cases, to “jump through hoops” to end up with the funds he needs. Credit Approval, Appraisals, LTV/ARV… and they still don’t usually get it. All they need is “skin in the game”.

Good debt vs. bad debt

Most real estate investors are familiar with the expression “Good Debt vs. Bad Debt.” The problem is that most don’t fully understand the difference. My daughter knew the difference when she was 8 years old. I remember when we went to lunch and she went from asking me to do “more and less” to doing story problems. So, in the interest of “training her early in life,” I gave her story problems involving business. she would accidentally Learn about everything from expenses to earnings… including the differences between good and bad debt His understanding was so complete that he could recite the definition and, more importantly, explain it when asked.

Unfortunately, today we are not taught any of this in school. We are taught to be spenders/savers instead of investors/entrepreneurs. In other words, we are never taught how “money works”, but we are certainly taught how to “work for money”. Knowing the difference between good and bad debt isn’t brain surgery, but the negative effects of ignorance can be enormous. The difference is very simple. Bad debt costs you money, good debt makes you money. Yes, it is that simple.

What the banks know that we don’t

Banks are well aware of the difference. Just look at the difference between what they “pay” you (and I use the word “pay” very loosely) for your deposits, and what they “charge” you when they “sell” your credits. Understand that the business of banks is to sell credit. They also know and understand the saying: “Own nothing, but control everything.” They live for it. The fun thing is that with the use of non-taxable debt, the real estate investor can do the same thing. They can almost become their own bank.

Bad debt costs you money, as the net result is that you end up with less than you started with. Good debt makes you money because the net result is that you end up with more than you started with. In business, you are comparing profits and expenses. In our personal lives, we’re comparing income to, well, “Income Substitute”…sometimes referred to as Credit Cards.

Obvious examples of Good Debt would be things like SF rentals, multi-family rentals, commercial properties, and other appreciable cash flow assets. Examples of bad debt would be the credit cards mentioned above, boats, RVs, etc. The value of our own house is not an investment. It does not generate money for us, it costs us money to build it. Now, if we take advantage of it as a loan, it becomes debt… what kind of debt depends on what it is used for. Keep in mind that I’m not saying we should all go out and refinance our homes, withdraw the equity and invest. If you decide to do that, you don’t have my blessing. You are putting your home at risk. Not intelligent. Particularly as there are many other safer ways to obtain funds to invest.

The Power of Compounding… Duplication on Steroids

Banks understand all this. They leverage their assets/deposits into credit/debt. That is, credit to them and debt to you. They own nothing and, in fact, can take advantage of credit, actually selling you “virtual money” at many times the “face value” of your asset on deposit with them. This topic is for another time. For this discussion, understand that the bank is exploiting the power of Duplication. In reality, they are taking advantage of what Albert Einstein called the “Greatest Invention of the 20th Century”… compound interest. He went further by stating that those who understood it (banks) live off those who don’t (the rest of us).

Do you want a very powerful example? start with a penny… only 1 cent. Then, for the next 30 days, double it. So day 1 would be 2 cents, day 3 would be 4 cents, day 4 would be 8 cents, and so on. Do it on paper. It will have a much bigger impact on you. Which is the answer? Try it. You’ll be surprised. What you will be seeing is an example of Composite at its finest.

So how do we as real estate investors do the same? Can we do the same? The answer to the second question is a resounding Yes! The answer to the first question is, you guessed it, with the use of non-taxable debt.

The Power of Debt with No Lien… Compounded on Steroids

How do you ask? Easy. First, remember that the typical financing used in real estate investing is bond-capable debt. There’s a link of some sort on the asset… the property we’re buying. When we use non-taxable debt, there is no lien on the property. In fact, there is no link to the property. This is important. This is what makes this work. This is what makes us our own bank. How?

What’s the first thing that happens at closing, after the mountain of paperwork is signed? The answer is that the seller’s original lender is paid. In other words, the Link is paid. The seller doesn’t even see the money. Wouldn’t you like to at least touch it when selling… even for a minute? How about doing more? How about being able to re-use that over and over? If you can. That answer was for all those who read this and say “you know you can’t”. Here’s why… and how.

Let’s take a look at typical property financing. First, a loan is taken out and we purchase and rehab the property. We turn the house around, and when we sell it, we do two things: 1) We return the original financing (link); 2) We make a profit (hopefully). Now, to move forward, we need to get new funding and deal with the “App Triplets” again. You know, new Application, Appraisal and Approval. All expensive, slow and without guarantees.

Now, if it were a non-taxable form of debt, we wouldn’t need to pay back the money we borrowed… at least not right away. This also means that instead of just walking away with our profit to use, we walk away with all proceeds from the sale. Selling a house for $75,000 with $50,000 in taxable debt and walking away with only $25,000… profit. Sell that same house with unencumbered debt, and we’ll walk away with the full $75,000…less closing costs. What would you rather do?

Turn “bad debt” into “good debt”

Well, before I continue, I need to respond to all the readers who say “I still have to pay the debt”. In fact, I have upcoming monthly payments that are usually very high due to the nature of the terms in most NLDs. So what I do is fund a cash reserves as part of the NLD. Tea cash reserves is your silent partner whose sole role is to make the monthly payments until you can build your system to be self-supporting and self-sufficient. Combine the earnings from the first few flips and buy/rehab a second “Flip House”, which will also reuse those funds over and over again as there would be no debt on that second house…you bought if for all the cash. The idea is to NEVER use the principle for anything other than the cost of the next Flip House. You are working with two “inverted houses” now after that second inverted.

Flip these two houses, combine the two winnings and buy/rehab a third Flip House. Again, you will reuse the costs of the three houses to buy/rehab the next 3 Flip Houses online. You now have three lines of Flip Houses. no matter how many times you try to spend the principle… they keep giving it back to you. Now, this is where the real fun begins.

While you have been developing your system, your cash reserve is shrinking to nothing. So, it’s about time you gave it back, don’t you think?, and “buy” more time. Keep in mind that these payments you’re making from the cash reserve are actually paying off the debt… or it doesn’t work, so when you’re calculating how much to put in the cash reserve, keep that in mind. Now for the real fun.

As I said, the cash reserve is “no more”, so pay it back…with one of the winnings from one of the three flip houses. What do you do with the other two benefits? Purchase/rehab a “holding house” for cash flow…with all the cash. Then continue flipping the three Flip Houses, over and over again, using the “earnings only” to buy more houses with “Cash Flow”, with everything in cash, occasionally repaying the cash reserve until the debt is paid off. .. and you are completely debt free.

The story of the tape… Einstein was a pretty smart guy

Question #1: How many times do we pay for these funds?

Answer: Ounce… we just didn’t pay it all back at once, as we would have if it were bond-capable debt.

Question #2: How many homes can we use these funds for (remember, we’re only going to pay them once)?

Answer: I don’t know. I’ll let you know when I stop reusing them.

We become our own bank. We are now leveraging our own money for ourselves, at no additional cost. Every time we repurpose these funds, at no additional charge, we drive down the cost of debt per household. This means that we have also just calculated the initial cost of this type of financing. insignificant.

Einstein was right. Composing is a beautiful thing. When combined with non-taxable debt, it can be a “gold mine” for real estate investors.

Location Isn’t Everything: 19 Tips for Retailers with Unusual Locations or Location Challenges

What can you do if your store location is not A1 or you have some location challenges?

Maybe the city center has moved away from your location over time, if a main store moves it can displace shoppers, maybe nearby stores have closed leaving your store a bit isolated on your street or maybe your store had other advantages that make up for the inconvenience. of the location

Basically, the closer to the epic entrance of the city your business is, the more expensive the rent will be. The cheapest rents apply to A2 locations, or those that go up or down stairs, around corners, or with some sort of obstacle in your way.

A general rule of thumb for calculating your costs is that the more you save on placement, the more you have to spend on advertising.

So what can you do to promote your store if you have a location challenge? First of all, you have to be a little more inventive. People are generally uncomfortable walking into a store where it’s not obvious (for location reasons) what they’re going to find, so if your store is up or down stairs, on a side street, or has some other disadvantage of location, then take a look. on the following ideas that we have tested over the last 15 years in our store.

1. A good tip is to have something cheap like cards, for example, right next to the door because if people feel uncomfortable walking into your store, they can always buy a card. This removes the barrier to entry.

2. Accessories: For example, place tables and chairs outside (without making it look like a cafe), any other accessories will do as well. Oversized accessories to draw attention to your products.

3. Handmade sign that is regularly updated. I’m thinking chalkboards here – easy to write and update and you don’t have to be an art grad to do this.

4. Clean and spotless exterior

5. Flower garlands (in season)

6. Balloons, filled with helium, please check them regularly, otherwise they may look a little embarrassed by themselves.

7. Pots: With colorful, lively and healthy plants, the bigger and more vibrant the better.

8. Statues/Works of Art – securely fastened – again the bigger and more vibrant the better – subject to planning permission, local rules of passage.

9. Boards (check if your town hall allows it)

10. Signage – Can you put the brands you have in stock on the store sign? If so, this takes the sale to the second stage, as well-known brands help establish credibility.

11. Lighting: fairy lights, overhead lights, clusters of lights, colored lights (avoiding red for obvious reasons), but colored lights in a dull area draw attention.

12. Sound – Can you stream music from your store to the street (at a low level) so people can hear what’s going on inside?

13. Brochures, showing what your store is about, with trial offers?

14. Signs: Say things like “I need help with stairs, your stroller, etc. Ring this bell for help.”

15. Have a welcome mat or entrance mat

16. Post photos of the interior of your store on the outside along with recommendations or reviews you have received from the press and satisfied customers.

17. Put up a video outside the store, showing what’s going on inside.

18. Pennants or bunting, if any, anything that moves in the wind and draws attention.

19. Awning: Can you make the most of a negative feature and really spruce up your store entrance? A vivid canopy would stand out on a dull street.

For all of you reading this with wonderful store fronts and plenty of window display space, think of those of us in a scheduled ancient monument where the only use of the windows is to shoot arrows from…

We’d love to hear any tips you’ve tried if, like us, you sell in an unusual shop…

What Are the 4 C’s of Diamonds?

the 4 C’s of Diamonds

Diamonds are graded based on the four Cs: color, clarity, carat weight, and cut. These four characteristics are considered to be the most important, and they all contribute to the overall beauty and brilliance of a diamond. Knowing these factors will help you make an informed decision about which diamond to purchase.

Clarity – diamonds with a higher clarity will have more sparkle and fire than stones with lower clarity. Color is also important, but not as important as clarity. The color of a diamond should be white to the naked eye, and it should not interfere with the reflection of white light. Clarity – the 4 c’s of diamonds should be free of inclusions that detract from the sparkle of the diamond. Carat – Diamonds’ weight – is based on the balance of these four characteristics.

Cut – diamond experts agree that the cut quality is the most important. A decently cut diamond can even outshine larger stones with inferior cuts. While carat weight is an important factor, personal preference and your budget play a major role in determining which stone is right for you.

Cut – A diamond’s cut refers to the proportions and symmetry of the diamond. A well-cut diamond will sparkle with fire and brilliance, while a poorly cut one will appear dead, dull, or see-through. The cut makes the greatest impact on the appearance of a diamond, and is often considered one of the most important of the 4 Cs.

What Are the 4 C’s of Diamonds?

Size – Diamonds vary in carat size, which affects price. A larger diamond is more expensive than a smaller one. A larger carat size also affects the overall style of a diamond. Many couples opt for a lab-grown diamond instead of an expensive solitaire.

Cut – All diamonds will have some flaws. These imperfections are usually minute, but can be noticeable if viewed under a magnifying glass. A poor-cut diamond may appear larger, but will be duller. A good cut is the most important part of any diamond.

Clarity – A diamond’s clarity is a critical factor in determining its cost. The clarity grading scale developed by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) ranks diamonds according to their rarity and appearance. A flawless diamond will be more expensive than a G-color diamond with poor clarity.

Cut – The cut of a diamond will determine how much it sparkles. Very good diamonds are bright and have minimal light leakage, while those with poor cuts will be dull. The cut grade of a diamond will also determine how much light it reflects, and an excellent diamond will reflect more light than a poor-cut stone.

Color – The diamond’s color is another crucial factor. While the highest-quality diamonds are colorless, the least-priced diamonds have an obvious yellow tint. The latter two types are considered fancy.

The cut of a diamond is important as well. A diamond with a shallow cut will look larger than one with a deep cut. Moreover, the shape and mounting design will affect the appearance of the diamond. A halo or wider cut can make a smaller stone look larger.

Planning a retro dinner

Some people might run away in horror at the thought of some of the great dishes of the ’70s or ’80s, but I couldn’t disagree more. There is something comforting about taking a delicious dish that your mother used to make and turning it into a special dinner.

You may want to create a whole picture that includes all the aspects of a bygone era or just pick a few retro food items to add a bit of nostalgia to the night.

I myself fall into the latter category, but have occasionally gone for the full retro diner for special celebrations. On these occasions, the evening was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone, especially by those who had decided to dress accordingly and come armed with 12″ vinyls.

The complete retro vibe

This could be a lot of fun to plan and your friends will have a lot of fun getting ready if you let them know ahead of time. Make sure you have some music from your era, as this is the sure way to get everyone in the mood.

Beverages

This really depends on what you fancy, but here are some ideas to think about. Fizzy drinks can include Pomagne or Babycham, but there are also plenty of retro cocktails to choose from. The Harvey Wall-Banger was very popular (champagne and orange juice with a shot of Galliano floating on top) as was the Sidecar (Cointreau, fresh lime juice and brandy), but you may want to have beers available (sadly, the classic They no longer make party 7’s) or wine. Think Mateus, Mateus Rose or Black Tower (I have noticed that many supermarkets are selling Mateus again).

Other drinks to consider (just to refresh your memory) include Advocaat, Campari, Pony or Pimms, but remember: it’s all about what you like to serve.

Canapes

This is straightforward with plenty to choose from. Prawn vol au vents are the obvious choice, but also popular; pineapple cheese cocktail sticks (sometimes glued to half a grapefruit), mini cocktail sausages, mini pork pie slices, or mini Scotch eggs are all options. Although you may think this is a bit insensitive, it’s been reported that in the UK, Marks and Spancer have seen a rise in popularity of these things recently.

Appetizers

Lots to choose from again. British chef Anthony Worrall Thompson reported that he put the shrimp and avocado salad on the menu of one of his fancy restaurants as a joke, but it quickly became his most popular dish. Be sure to use that delicious thick red seafood sauce for maximum impact.

Other starter ideas include the classic prawn cocktail with slices of buttered wholemeal bread and a lemon wedge, thick French onion soup with Gruyere croutons for garnish, melon with (what was then rare!) Parma ham, or homemade chicken liver pâté served with toast.

main races

You might want to opt for something fun like ham and egg with the obligatory grilled pineapple on top or a tasty chili con carne served with delicious crusty bread and salad, but for a special party I’d recommend something that can take a bit longer. of time but well worth the effort.

Beef Bourguignon and Lancashire Hot Pot is a firm favorite (for any dinner) and allows you to spend time with your friends instead of being chained to the kitchen. Also consider the coq au vin or a slow-cooked pork casserole with apple and mustard. Beef stroganoff, chicken and leek pot pie in a puff pastry wrap are more options, as is traditional steak in pepper sauce (onion rings are optional!), but if it’s really a special occasion (and budget permitting), there’s nothing better than a beef Wellington. or a thermidor lobster. My sister, who now lives in California, makes the best lobster themidor on the planet and still makes it for me every time she comes back to the UK.

One of my favorite options would be a fondue, but don’t forget Coronation Chicken for a more casual event.

Dessert

Chocolate mousse is quick and easy and can be made ahead of time, just like crème brulee or homemade cheesecake. The profiteroles and black forest pie take much longer and if you’re feeling particularly brave you can go the Baked Alaska route, but if you choose this option I’d suggest limiting the number of Harvey Wall-Bangers you have!

To end

A classic coffee with a shot on the bottom and cream on top can be a great way to finish, but I can’t end this article without suggesting Galliano Hotshots as an alternative. These have been firm family favorites for years and I have yet to meet someone who doesn’t like them! Dust off your shot glasses and get a pot of brewed coffee. You’ll need some double cream (or single if you’re looking at calories!) and a bottle of Galliano too.

Pour hot coffee into each shot glass, up to about three-quarters full, then gently pour in a shot of Galliano. Fill with about 5mm of cream and drink in one go. Delicious! Just make sure the coffee is at a safe drinking temperature (which it usually is by the time you’ve persuaded everyone to try one!)

Finally, don’t forget the obligatory 12-inch vinyl records and have a great party!

See: Why you should get more than money from an investor

In the new Entrepreneur Elevator Pitch broadcast show, founders enter the Entrepreneur Elevator and have just 60 seconds to pitch their idea, product or business to a panel of investors. Whether an entrepreneur is invited into the boardroom or sent back downstairs depends on what our experts think in that first minute. Here, we break down the lessons aspiring entrepreneurs can learn from each episode’s pitches.

There are many reasons why entrepreneurs seek financing for their businesses. They may be ready to speed up manufacturing and may not have the resources to do so. They may need the capital to invest in getting the word out about the new product they have developed. Often they simply need access to the many valuable resources investors have at their disposal.

However, for many company founders, investors bring a much more important asset to a startup. Most investors are seasoned professionals who can bring experience and knowledge to a particular business. In the sixth episode of Entrepreneur’s new Elevator Pitch streaming series, we meet a group of founders who desperately needed this kind of expert guidance. Here are three important lessons entrepreneurs can learn from the episode.

Investors are consultants.

First up on the episode were Jared and Karina Rabin, the husband-and-wife team behind the Hang-O-Matic, a popular picture-hanging tool. At first, these two raised “bait and switch” concerns. They spent most of their presentation talking about their already successful product, only to suddenly reveal that they wanted to invest in a newer tool. Know that in these situations, investors will generally want a piece of the original and successful product before considering anything else. Otherwise, they’ll probably send you packing.

So the investors agreed to let the Rabins into the boardroom, but if the investment wasn’t specific to the original tool, they weren’t interested. After all, the couple already made it clear that they had more than enough profit to fund their planned new product.

Fortunately, Jared and Karina quickly revealed that their primary interest was in finding a business partner who could mentor them as their venture progressed. That means they were okay with investors taking a stake in the original product, not just the newer one. The investors were immediately interested and agreed to serve as a team of consultants in exchange for shares in the company. This was a perfect match for the couple, who were exhausted after years of working nights and weekends to build their business. The success of this launch clearly shows that investors can be invaluable advisors to their portfolio businesses. Be open to the idea that this could be the relationship you need, too.

Test market first.

Dawn Maslar, author of the book Men Chase, Women Choose, approached the panel with a product called Devotion Test. After taking samples of a man’s saliva, she said, the test can detect whether a man is engaged to the woman he is currently with. The panel was a bit unsure about Maslar’s product, but curious enough to invite her to the boardroom anyway to hear more.

Once inside the boardroom, Maslar failed to win over investors. His biggest objection was that they just weren’t convinced there was real customer demand for their trial. With a sales history or proven market research, you may have been able to debate this objection. Although she didn’t have that. Everything she actually had her own opinion of it. Investors’ decision to opt out demonstrated the importance of having market data before approaching investors.
